What a great experience! I was examined by Dr Seth. He was personable, professional and has a way with people. The people helping in the showroom and the technician are just as good. No hard sell and good advice. Highly recommend.

I’ve been coming to this Pearl Express location for many years. After a horrible experience at another vision center making my glasses incorrectly repeatedly, I came to Pearl and they made my glasses correctly and quickly. I think the first time I came here I got my glasses in like 2 hours. That was over 5 years go. I won’t go anywhere else.
I recently had to have a prescription remade because it wasn’t strong enough, after going back to my eye dr. and coming back with a new prescription they remade my glasses with no fuss and were happy to do it. They even gave me a credit since I decided to downgrade from polycarbonate lenses to standard lenses (I was having trouble with that lens type and my prescription).
It wasn’t even a pearl vision mistake but they will gladly remake a prescription within 30 days of purchase and they even told me they are flexible on that within a few days. Glasses are fine now!
They give an insurance discount on glasses and contact lenses. They always get my contacts pretty quickly! Usually about 3 days, it may vary on your brand/​prescription though.
Depending on your prescription they can make your glasses either the same day or pretty quickly. Even when they did not have my lenses in stock I only waited about 3 days. When they remade my glasses this time around I brought them Friday and picked them up Sat.
The staff is always friendly and helpful! I trust Pearle Vision to make my glasses correctly and get my contacts when I need them and that’s what they do!
FYI if you do go here, avoid Sundays as they are kind of under staffed on Sunday for some reason and the wait can be a bit slow.
