King of Steam

I had hired King of Steam to do three rooms and deodorizer. I have never seen carpets so clean and look like they were brand new. Not only that but they have a drying system that is unbelievable. Your carpets are dried within hours and after being a homeowner for 20 years this was as good as it gets.
The only con was I hired them a second time. I hate when this happens and it’s amazing the first time but the second time they fall short in almost every area. I am a supervisor at a major communications company and customer retainment is the biggest thing next to gaining a new customer.\
The second time they came I had my bedroom redone and another room plus a chair. It wasn’t as cheap as the first time but I did not care if I got the same results.
My bedroom (second time cleaning) was left soaking wet for over 24 hours. I could tell they were not putting in as much effort as the first time. The chair I had cleaned, because it was beige, they did warn me that since there were some water stains (from me trying to clean spot it) that they didn’t think it would do anything. It was my understanding that if they tried and did not exceed I would not be charged. Their attitude was crummy the second time around and I guess that is because they didn’t put ion the superior effort as they would the first time I used them because i was a new customer. However, I must say– I did call after being so unhappy with the way the cleaning went the second time that they offered to come back for free and scheduled an appt within days to come back.
Unfortunately, I had an emergency and was in the hospital and was not home when they came to redo the second cleaning. I am back to square one and I remember the first time they came to my home and how completely impressed I was. The second I was more than disappointed and let down but it was gracious of them to schedule an appointment to come back immediately.
I now have to get my carpets cleaned again. I can’t stop thinking of the absolut amazing job they did the first time. I am going to try them for a third time because the carpets came out brand new and DRY.

Great service! Men were very professional and polite. I had my carpets cleaned and they got rid off all the stains! I was very surprised at the difference in the carpet. These men went above and beyond. Highly recommended, I will be calling them back next year.
