My friend created a wishlist for a few things at Carter’s for her baby shower. When I showed up the associates had no idea what I was talking about and they actually suggested that I go home, print it our and then come back. Who would send a customer away? I’m already in the store and ready to buy something right now, their job is done, but no customer service is not a strong suit at this location. I wound up buying a few items that were adorable, regardless whether they were on her list or not. A different associate at the register was helpful enough until I asked her if I could use a 20% coupon which I brought with me. She was visibly bothered by this fact, and I have no idea why. Again, customer service was sub par.
