Went there to get a Dora Piñata and asked when they were going to get more in. They said we get shipments in each week on Thursday, but can’t tell you what is going to be in it. I asked don’t you know what you need and order that for your next shipment. They said yes, but thy just select what to ship us. Sounded like a poor excuse to me, so I just bought a cheaper piñata and moved on. At check out, paid with a debit card, they had me REMOVE my drivers license from my wallet and I discovered over a week later that I never got it back. I know that is where it happened at since they are the only store that asked me to remove my license. Everyone else just looks at it in the wallet.
I called there to see if they had it in the store. The first girl was very rude. Called back to talk to a manager and she was even more rude and short with me. I asked what the policy and procedure is when this happens and she snapped at me. So needless to say, it will be a long time, if ever again that I take my business there.
