Found a strand of hair in my waffle. Told the waiter, Mike,(who was extremely apologetic), asked me if I wanted another waffle or a discount. Needless to say I didn’t want anything else to eat from them so he went to tell the manager, Michelle. She never came over to apologize. She took 20% off the meal but that wasn’t acceptable to me. Money wasn’t the point, I could have paid for everyone’s meal but it was the principal. I had to ask for the manager in order for her to come over. She said she only gave 20%off($ 1.97 to be exact) because it’s based off how much you ate? Really? So she adjusted the bill and charged me for the eggs and bacon.(Hair might have been in my eggs also but didn’t see it). Good customer service would have been to taken the meal off or gave a credit for the next time to try to get you to come back. But she didn’t come to apologize even after I asked for her to come over, so why would I expect anything better. Terrible customer service. Very disappointed with this location.

Soooooooooo, 1st I’ll start by saying that I typically love love love IHop and anybody who knows me knows I love breakfast period! The horrible service started when we walked in the door! The waitress had a visible attitude when she approached us. She asked if we wanted a table or booth for our party of 5. We asked for a booth and she led us to one of the 4 seat booths. We asked to be moved and the bus lady recommended one of the larger booths but the waitress said it’s the same size as the other 4 seat booth. My husband and I gave each other the side eye and I informed her that the booth was visibly larger! I had the children sit in the booth and I asked the waitress to look at the difference and she just nodded me off. She came back to take our orders and again with the stank attitude! She never confirmed any of our orders after giving them to her she didn’t ask for specifics(i.e. how would you like your eggs, any cheese). I asked to speak with the manager because I could not take her any longer. I took the girls to the rest room and it wreaked of old plumbing issues! My daughters were too disgusted to utilize it! The manager came to our table and I informed her of the issues and requested a new waitress. She apologized and obliged my request. The new waitress was really nice and more attentive(The reason for the 2 stars). She did forget somethings but it was probably due to her not taking our orders. The food was not as ordered. I asked for eggs scrambled hard but they were soft and the coffee was old. I ordered the new bon bon caramel pancakes and the waitress didn’t even know what they were because they had no caramel drizzle on it as advertised. The bacon was undercooked and the middle looked like it came right out of the package! Yes, that underdone! The manager did not come back to the table to check on us either. Needles to say I was very disappointed and angry about my experience. I will never go back to this location ever again! It’s super sad because they are really close to my house but there are other breakfast spots not too far away. You have been warned!

I have been coming here for years. One morning ordered a steak omelet carry out. Get home no hash browns. About 1 week later me and my wife dine in i mentioned that to the cashier with the drawn on eyebrows. She acts like i was trying to get something for free. By the way i mentioned it after i paid and was about to walk out the door. Sometimes all people want to hear is sorry to hear that happened. Had a great breakfast with my wife and the waiter was excellent. Leave the attitudes at home when you work in a business were you have to deal with alot of people. Still love ihop and will definitely return. Will not let one person change my judgment.

I went here to get breakfast to carry out. My last IHOP experience was horrible so I wanted to see how this visit would be. I was surprised at how busy this restaurant was and how many customers were greeted in a way that you could tell they are regular patrons there. Like a family environment. So, I really wanted a Denver Omelette but it wasn’t on the menu. I told the cashier what I wanted and she confidently said«oh, we can fix that, no problem». That let me know I was in the right place. The friendly cashier told me «it will take 10 minutes for your order». Surprisingly again, she came with my fresh, hot food in about 5 minutes. My inside mind was like«Wow». My food was delicious. Sorry I don’t have pictures, I was STARVING! Not to fret, pictures to come because I definitely will be back. Great service IHOP, thank you!

My only knock on this place is its a little pricey. Over $ 50 for a family of five for breakfast food is a bit much. Otherwise, nice place, great service from«Glover» our waiter. Good food too, pancakes great and nice job with a Belgium waffle. This place was the anti-Denny’s — I didn’t have the shits 20 mins after eating there.

I ordered the stuffed french toast carry out. The bread was stale old and dry. I have never went out to eat and had anything so terrible served to me. I believe McDonald’s could have done a better job.

Found a strand of hair in a stack of pancakes. I was brought out a fresh stack. In other words it was swept under the rug. The manager didn’t even come talk to us and apologies. Every thing else was good but the thought of that hair remains on the back of your mind.

My friend and I stopped here for lunch today and I was really happy with the service our server named Cookie was very professional and engaging and was worth her weight in tips. She was on time with drinks and our food was promptly brought to us. I got better service here than other locations where servers were very slow in bringing stuff. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the restaurant, but not impressed with the gross smell that was in their washroom that was a cross between cinnamon potporri and something rancid. I broke out my purse size air freshner and sprayed to make the area a little more pleasant than smelling something foul. I would recommend this place, but they need to keep the bathrooms clean and use a different kind of air freshener because cinnamon and bathroom funk is not cool at all. They also need to consider expanding their drink choices out a little more along with offering free refills on fruit juices.
