Went for eyebrow threading and underarm waxing.
The person who provide service was quick. Both eyebrows and underarms were done to my liking.
Would have given them 5 stars but felt that customer service could have been a little more friendly. For example I initiated all conversation and receive small talk as a response. Also, while putting talcum powder she accidentally shook the bottle too hard and some feel on my hair/face– could have been prevented if she would have instructed me to tilt my face to the opposite side.
I will be back for the same services.

When I get a thread I always make it a point to tell them I do not want my eye brows too thin, as my eye brow hairs are thin. So as always I asked the lady. As she was starting, another lady came in and said she was coming back in for a touch up… because low and behold, the lady that was doing my eye brows made hers too thin. That should’ve been my que, however I let her continue. When she was done, I had no shape to my eyebrows. Before I came in, I had shape, I just needed a clean up. However, she said that if she had given me shape she would have taken too much hair off and they would have been too thin. I never had a problem when they were located in the mall. Won’t be going back.

Went to have my eyebrows threaded and they have new personnel other than the lady from Lincoln mall. …should have stopped and turned around and went elsewhere but my brows were in need of a good shaping and i had somewhere to be tomorrow morning so i was kind of pressed. …now i do have a very natural arch with thickness but somehow she managed to put in a different round arch and one is slightly higher than the other… wtf! Im so irritated and annoyed cause i cant find a good threader in my area… can someone please recommend someone in the south burbs? This is ridiculous. .im a grown ass women who doesnt want to look clownish…
