I would never recommend Custom Express Embroidery to anyone!!! Horrible customer service, poor quality products, and slow turn around time. Worst experience ever. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME, go somewhere else !!

I used Custom Express two times in December for monogramming. For the first order, they had it ready in two days after promising one week. For the second, the clerk forgot to tell me they were closed Dec. 25-​Jan 2 and I really needed my order Dec. 31st. I sent am email very upset when I went to pick it up and the owners personally delivered my order (with two bonus items) to my house on Dec. 31st, during their Christmas vacation time! What could have been a disastrous customer service situation was unbelievable remedied! Thank you!
