Caution — While I’m a fan of Dry Clean City dry cleaning and laundry, a major shortcoming is that even though they frequently send advertising emails to you, it does not mean they will use available contact information to let you know they are about to give away the items you have failed to pick up in a timely (?) manner. To have pre-​paid for the cleaning adds insult to injury.
Ya’ll be careful with this dry cleaner, and keep track of your receipts!

Don’t go. They will destroy your clothes.
My clothes have come back with the worst smell you can imagine. Like someone through up on them.
They wash your clothes when you request «Dry clean only». And then everything is so wrinkled. They look like they have not been pressed at all. I have had several pieces come back with stains that were not there when I put them in.
I have finally learned my lesson and stopped going there all together. I suggest you do the same.

Worst customer experience ever! Been a customer here for over three years. Recently took dry cleaning in and they mischarged me and because you pay when you drop they weren’t going to give me my dry cleaning when I picked up– I didn’t have any form of payment with me. Girl told me she didn’t need my attitude! Then on my most recent trip I ask for no creases in my pants– it’s in my profile as well. They creased every single pair of pants so when I took them back to have them redone the guy at the counter told me to calm down it wasn’t that big of a deal. Then he told me there were other dry cleaners I could go to and then when I asked what time they would be ready he pointed to the receipt, huffed and said he wasn’t trying to give me a hard time but it was on the receipt. I tried to call the manager several different times but he was never there. NEVER going back again!

Great dry cleaning job at a great price. Good neighborhood without charging a lot of money like some of them do. I’m happy with them.
