Silver lining to a bad day.
I am on my second G Coupe, but had stopped getting service here because of several bad experiences with service on the first G. However, yesterday morning my 2012 G-​37S convertible wouldn’t start (battery), so after having AAA start it for me I drove it over to Infiniti of Charlotte. I had some other stuff I wanted done to the car, so this was a good opportunity to get it all taken care of. Not having an appointment, I figured they wouldn’t have a loaner vehicle for me and I’d have to Über it back to work. Well, Brandon took pity on me and hooked me up with a loaner. The battery was still covered under the warranty (I forgot it had a FOUR year warranty), so that was taken care of no charge.
Result: The battery issue was fixed and all other maintenance items I requested were completed as promised at the price we discussed in advance. They even put a new battery in my key fob, since it was running low. I got back to the dealership 1 minute to 6 (when they close) and Brandon was still there waiting for me.
Note: This was an excellent experience that would have gotten a 5 star rating except when I called their number at 7:10 AM, it just rang and rang and rang and no one ever answered.

I had a great experience with Neil (service representative) when I brought my car in for service and inspection. I was in and out in less than an hour. He explained everything to me and answered my questions. Gave me a timeframe and actually had my car out earlier than expected.

Drove over 2 hours to have my SUV serviced for its first oil change did a request online for the service tech to do a oil change also look at the lift gate, and stains on the rim. The rim are covered under the extend warranty and they refused to look at them. Manger never looked at any of my request, and when I call him on it he got a nasty attitude and walked away while I was talking to him. Next, I found out they put the extended warranty in the buyers order and I paid for the extended warranty out right with my AMEX card. I also told them not to included this in the BYO. The service and professionalism at Infinity of Charlotte is non-​existent and I highly recommend anyone considering an Infinity to look elsewhere.

I bought a car through Sonic Automotive (Infinity of Charlotte). From top to Bottom the staff at Infinity of Charlotte are unprofessional and could not tell the truth if their life depended on it.
I purchased my car from an out of state dealership more than a month before I was leaving on vacation. I provided them the entire transfer fee. After 17 days, I had not heard a single word from them. When I called, I found out they had not even coordinated to have the car transferred. They ended up getting the car to the dealership the day before I left for vacation which gave me no time to get used to the new car.
I was called by sales person Francois who told me my car was at the dealership and ready for pick up. He told me it would take 5 – 10 minutes to sign the papers. I scheduled a time to arrive and pick up the car, and arrived at that time only to find none of the paperwork was ready. They knew I was unhappy when I had to provide them all of the information that they should have had. At that point, they stopped talking to me and it took them 90+ minutes to get everything ready. Francois did not explain any of the papers that were put in front of me to sign, and he literally snatched them off the stack before I was even done signing them. I noticed on the title transfer document they had my name mis-​spelled. Francois actually told me that it did not matter. I advised that it did matter, so he stormed off to print correct documents. He again said nothing to me as I signed documents and continued to snatch them off the pile before I was finished signing them in an attempt to keep me from looking at the documents.
When I finished signing, he simply tossed (not handed) the key to me and walked away. No one walked me out to the car nor showed me the vehicle or any of the key features. I inquired about a second key and was told there was no second key.
The service and professionalism at Infinity of Charlotte is non-​existent and I highly recommend anyone considering an Infinity to look elsewhere. I will never buy nor recommend Infinity of Charlotte nor Sonic Automotive for anyone looking for a car.

I dealt with another Sonic Dealership in Columbia SC (Capitol Chevrolet) and they were very honest and didn’t play the sleazy car salesman games. They were actually GREAT. This dealership, on the other hand, started playing typical games the minute we walked in. They were also supposed to know that we were coming (1.5 hr drive) and what car we were interested in. I knew the exact car I wanted and knew what they were charging for it (since they do no-​haggle pricing). The only problem with this is that the trade in price was different then what I was told before we took the 1.5 hr drive. They were off by several thousand dollars. They acted like the trade in value wasn’t discussed before we took the 1.5 hr drive to waste our time. From now on I will not deal with any dealer farther than 30 minutes away. I would stay away from these clowns. My money and time will stay in Columbia.

LIARS and professional con artists w/​Infiniti polo’s selling you unwarranted products and «temporary fixes» to get the most out of your wallet from your service visit to hit their monthly quotas!
Their manager and assistant manager are extremely arrogant and mislead you. They do not have the consumers best interest in mind.

First time bringing my 2012 G37 into Infiniti of Charlotte to get some new front tires put on. Worked with Bob and had an outstanding experience. Bob gave me great advice on which tires to replace the factory installs with, saved me money compared to a few other places I shopped around, and got the tires delivered and installed on my vehicle that same day. Bob’s customer service was bar none the best I’ve had in any consumer experience recently and I will definitely be going back to him and Infiniti of Charlotte for all of my service work

Top flight service across the board. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and patiently walks you through anything you need to know about getting your car serviced.
Luxury services are never the cheapest thing around, but they do offer competitive pricing for your work. Customers also are given free loaners, free coffee and snacks, making the time you have to wait more tolerable.
The best way for any dealership to stand out is with their service, and Infiniti of Charlotte does it better than most!
