We’ve been working with Karen at Premier Rental for over 4 years now, and it’s been a great relationship. Since we live well outside of North Carolina, it’s nice having someone to promptly address the needs of the tenant while also keeping costs in mind. She’s also done a good job placing tenants that have been responsible and understanding.
My main complaint was that the monthly fees agreed upon during the original discussion with Premier weren’t honored when the first tenant moved in. Make sure every aspect of costs/fees are well written out in the contract along with the ability of the company to raise rates before signing.
Outside of the that, Premier has been great.
