Great luxury department store for all your needs. Lovely place to shop local and get great service. The staff is always friendly and the owners are very nice as well. I do not agree with the previous reviews about the price and staff. I buy everything here from my clothes, to gifts for family and friends, to my couch. They have a wide variety of clothes and jewelry for all ages and in all price ranges. If you can’t find a piece of furniture on site, they will order something for you. All around great store and great service!

I have to say, this store is by far my favorite! I visit at least once a week, and the girls that work there are always friendly and helpful. I have gotten to know the owner Debbie and her family very well as she has helped me finish off several rooms in my house, and she has gone above and beyond for me in every way. They have the most incredible selection of furniture and clothing, and eqially amazing prices! I am always looking forward to my next visit!

I really try to give buy local whenever I can. Went shopping at Renee’s
for a birthday present for my wife. Other than the prices being high which I
expected, the staff really didn’t care. I didn’t want to spend a lot and the sales
person just showed me a few things and said to look around. Never saw her again
so I left.

What a horrible experience!!! I tried to order a painting that the owner, debbie, said would come in 4 weeks. She asked for full payment in order to place the order. After 5 months and still no picture, i cancelled the order and ordered it myself online. The painting was delivered to my door in 5 weeks with free shipping. Her attitude was the worst part of the experience. She was rude and extremely unprofessional.

We had a blast shopping at Renee’s! Went away with way more than we planned to buy but what the heck. The jewelry and purses are priced well and really cute.
Hope to return another day to look at some of the fancier items.

I love Renee’s! I’m embarrassed to say, I end up buying something there almost every time I spend the weekend in Mattituck. The north fork doesn’t have much in the way of shopping, but between Renee’s & Mint on Love Lane, I can find a cute dress or a new pair of earrings in a hurry. The owner Debbie is really personable and all the ladies there are friendly and want to help. There are a LOT of clothes, so it is a bit like treasure hunting, but I always find something in my size that fits my style. Their jewelry is really fun, lots of interesting unique pieces. Great little clutches for any occasion. I don’t spend much time in the formal area, but they have a considerable amount of long formal dresses as well if you are looking for something for a special event. I found my first Stop Staring! Dress at Renee’s, which is something I’ll always remember them for. I disagree with the previous comment that things are insanely overpriced. It’s a nice boutique and a quality summer dress usually runs between $ 100 and $ 200. That is not outrageous. There is some very affordable jewelry, lots under $ 50, and often times they are running some kind of sale, like 20% off jewelry and bags. The return policy is store credit only but that has never bothered me, I always find something else I love. Chaps the men’s store I have to say is quite expensive, but that is because they carry very high end men’s apparel. There is also a big selection of home goods, from sofas to decorative sea shells. It’s really a fun store to spend an hour or two.

I am writing this review to warn customers that the store does not allow refunds, and does not inform the customers of this policy prior to purchase. In general, the store is ok, probably a 3 star rating as they have some nice items but, in comparison to other stores offering similar items, this store is very over-​priced. But I am giving a 1 star rating because a no refund practice despite prompt return with receipt is not common and usually stores indicate this policy prior to purchase, either verbally or in writing on a placard at the register. Renee’s does neither but refuses to refund, so buyer beware.
