Wow. Trying to get a Rx filled in Mattituck — (one from a different Rite Aid location) is clearly hard for the woman they have answering the phone in their Pharmacy. I called yesterday to see about getting a Rx filled, there was a problem and they needed to talk to other store, fine. She will call me back. She doesn’t call back so I call her the next day to find out what is happening. The (same) woman on the phone hangs up on me twice — no «thanks» no «goodbye» no nothing and in fact I was still talking the second time. I call back to make sure the Rx is ok and I can pick up and she gets very defensive and puts me on hold while I am still in mid-​sentence. I call back and explain that I just want to know if my prescription is ready and can be picked up and she says yes and hangs up again. Wow. Guess I will get my prescriptions elsewhere once this one runs out. Very unprofessional and rude.
