McDonald’s

I’m from the area and know this McDonald’s well. I would not recommend it if you’re in a hurry. You can literally spend 10 – 15 minutes in the drive thru. They often make you pull up for something as simple as a McChicken which gets annoying at times. If that wasn’t a enough to convince you they often screw up your order and make you go back and go through again. Not very clean as well. Would not recommend!

This location continues to disappoint with its seeming inability to get a order correct. My gf waited in the drive thru, first mistake, for a total of 20 min. Only to find that she had been shorted the mcnugettes from a meal. I have given up personally on this location for its lack of accuracy and ridiculous wait times.

This McDonald’s has a double lane drive-​thru ordering lane. They are quick with your order most of the time, I’ve only had to wait in their park spot once. Their fries are the best.

Okay, as a rule, I don’t review McDonald’s because of the food, but I feel that this McDonald’s location deserves a review because of exceptional customer service. Here’s the story:
My wife, four kids, and I were on a trip from Michigan to Texas. After several hours in the car, we needed a McDonald’s with a playground so our kids could burn off some pent-​up energy. I found this McDonald’s location via Unilocal and contacted the store at approximately 8: 20 PM. I asked them if they had a play area, to which they advised they did. When we arrived at the McDonald’s, we were told the play area closed at 8:00 PM. Initially, I was very upset that I was not informed about the closing time over the phone. However, I explained our plight to the manager, and she graciously allowed our kids to play in the play area until closing time!
Also, it is noteworthy that this play area is larger and nicer than your average McDonald’s play area. We also found this location to be clean, food was fresh and delivered quickly. Furthermore, the staff taking our order was also very accommodating.
Again, McDonald’s food is generally the same everywhere you go, but the amenities and the customer service really set this location apart.
