UPS policies are ridiculous. They will ship overnight for $ 10 but a guaranteed delivery is $ 50. So what do I get for $ 10? A fleeting hope that it might show sometime this week?
And the insurance is a joke. If you are shipping a $ 600 cell phone and choose not to buy their insurance, they make you declare $ 100 as the value. Why doesn’t the shipping cost include insurance that they item will actually arrive unharmed and on-time?
I usually use paypal shipping and my home computer. I won’t make the mistake of going to the UPS store again.
