I’m a fan of Courtyard hotels. They’re generally clean, quiet, and it’s nice that there’s a small café/bar in the front lobby.
I stayed at this location for one night while in town for a wedding. The staff I encountered was friendly and our room was similar to other Courtyards rooms I’ve stayed in across the country. I had a king bed, a love seat, a desk area, and a mini fridge. The room seemed like it had been updated fairly recently.
I’d definitely stay at this hotel again.

Very nice Courtyard hotel. The rooms are very clean, but what really seperates this hotel is the staff. The staff is incredibly helpful. Mary Ann at the front desk is incredibly helpful and full of great information.

Best Courtyard ever! Do yourself a favor and go out of your way to stay at this property. The housekeeping staff and the bistro staff go out of their way to exceed your expectations the rooms are unbelievably clean and newly remodeled. Located in a great area near great restaurants and shops. You won’t hear anyone next-door above or below you as his property is totally sound proof!

I stay at many Marriotts from 4 to 7 stars. This hotel has out done themselves. Besides the expected clean tidy rooms and hot water when you want it, etc. Here are a few notes:
1. The whirlpool is so good you feel like you are getting a back massage
2. The people always greet you when you arrive or come downstairs
3. They made me coffee super early and super late (don’t ask-lots of conference calls) even though the café was closed

This is a true «Pig in a Poke story.»
Courtyard has spent their rehab money in the lobby area to create a restaurant/bar area and certainly not in the rooms. An old room is still an old room.
The service in the «restaurant» for breakfast was horrible. Two staff members fumbling through how to either microwave a breakfast entrée or how to make a Starbucks coffee. Neither was a chef or a barista!
Courtyard has made it too difficult for both the guest and the staff.
Lots of hotel choices in area and you should use them
