Theresa(hope I spelled your name correctly) immediately and most genuinely greeted me when I walked through the door! That’s exactly what anyone would love to have when getting off the road along with Theresa’s wholehearted real smile! Honestly her great attitude would make it easy to overlook an unsatisfactory room BUT the room is also super clean and welcoming! This proves the Law of attraction. This place IS all genuine and good but it starts with the awesome front desk girl! I’m driving from the Bay Area on my way to Brooklyn, NY. This is the best total experience I have had in 2 weeks! Thank you Theresa!

This motel is poorly maintained, in desperate need of updating, and just plain disgusting. Don’t stay here. #nasty

This super 8 never disappoints. I have stayed here three times over the years and it has always been clean with friendly and helpful desk clerks. Breakfast area is clean. The motel itself is close to the bypass easy on and off. plenty of places around the area to eat. Love this place

This family run Super 8 was everything wifey and I could have hoped for. The gentleman working the desk at the night we checked in is a pharmacist and opened up the breakfast supply room to get my wife a tall glass of milk when she asked for some antacids. The room was very clean, the beds big and comfy and the location perfect for us who make the long drive from Iowa to the east coast frequently. We will be staying here again.

Although not super or any other superlative, this hotel property is A-OK to the max(to a point of yay, I’m a fan), predominantly to a staff that is courteous, friendly, and amicable. Onwards. Location: 3 out of 5 Pretty easy to access this location from a variety of major highways. We were coming off of I-90 and it was no more than a 5 minute drive from there. Located in very close proximity to this motel are a number of restaurants that include fast food as well as sit-down/wait service. I would mention that because Dussel is under a lot of construction right now, it’s not exactly easy to find the turn for the motel off of that street. The only way I knew that it was there was because I had looked it up on the map and I knew that the McDonald’s was basically the landmark to look for. Cleanliness: 3.5 out of 5 A very interesting situation because whereas I noticed that much of our motel room was indeed very clean, what I perceived to be «not clean» was a mix of in-house handyman-ness and a few other small errors here and there. For example, although it was clear that this property was showing signs of age by way of the worn sitting chair and the weathered look of our cabinets, it’s clear that the owners have taken pride in offering a very clean experience. And bless their hearts, it’s very obvious that they tried to do a lot of the work by themselves. The caulking and grout in the bathroom were touched up and it shows, and they sort of painted on wallpaper in a few areas, and the wallpaper isn’t neatly trimmed under the mirrors, etc. etc. So you can’t fault them for trying to make it look nice, because they without a doubt pass along the savings to you — just don’t expect a perfectly immaculate experience. No bed bugs though, which is always a plus. Amenities: 3 out of 5 For a one night stop over, it was everything we needed. There did exist one computer in the lobby, and a workout room with a few things(not by any means comprehensive). There is a free«superstar» breakfast in the morning which paled in comparison to any other major chain, but for being free, I suppose it’s not polite to complain. And it’s a nice way to get a quick snack before you hit the road. Decent selection of TV channels, average toiletries, clean sheets, towels, and bed. Customer Service: 5 out of 5 This is where they were really great. I believe it’s run by the same family, and every guest was treated with a high degree of respect, cordiality, and friendliness. Pricing: 3.5 out of 5 Guaranteed rate was 59(including tax) for a king bed room. Maybe a little pricey for this chain, but by no means was it ridiculous or exorbitant. Overall: 4 out of 5 For what it is, it’s a great property. If you can overlook the fact that it’s not the 4 seasons, I think you’ll be satisfied.

We have stayed at this property 4 times. Always clean and neat and close to some good restaurants. They have a well lighted parking lot and the staff has always been helpful. Good selection on chnls on the TV. For the price this property is a very good value. Given that I would have a reservation on the weekend as it does fill up fast. They also offer a contnl breakfast in the morning.
