Decent pizza, friendly staff. Felt like a hometown hangout place. Thanks!

Had the pepperoni slices after a day on the river and it was a good. Nothing special… but ok.

Five star worthy? No. Personally, I thought it was just A-​Okay.
Rafting down the Deschutes & drinking beers in between class II-​IV rapids for several hours can work up an appetite.
It was around 6:00pm when we walked in & every table was taken. We approached the counter to order a couple slices & only one pepperoni, one cheese, & one special were rotating under the heating lamp; we ordered a pep & a cheese.
Our friends arrived before us & were seated at a table for two. While looking around for a place to sit a random couple offered their table, since they were leaving, & their two slices of untouched pizza. Friends joined us & stated they couldn’t buy another slice because DPC was done making slices. What? It’s 6:00pm. Why stop at this time of the evening? We shared the free pizza with them.
If you’re wanting straight-​out-​of-​the-​oven-​fresh pizza then a whole pie is the way to go. The single slices we ordered were far from it; looked like they’d been sitting under the lamp for several hours. We really didn’t care at that point since we were tired & hungry & just wanted a slice to get us through our drive back to the campground.
DPC has pizza, sandwiches, garlic knots, salads, & beer. Service was decent from what we got of it but they were pretty busy with the other customers. There’s also a Columbia Sportswear section on the other end of the seating area if you’re looking for apparel.
If we weren’t planning to grill steaks later that evening we probably would’ve ordered a whole pie. Maybe if we’re back next year we’ll check out that selection but for now the slices, although not fresh nor as tasty as we wanted, they were okay.

Located in the same building as Sage Canyon the rafting folks and it was a welcome sight when we came back. We quickly ordered a pie and a couple of sodas. (We might have had some beers on the river).
It came out of the oven very quickly considering the other groups of hungry folks and was piping hot. Hand tossed crust and not a morsel left as we walked away.
I would definitely come back just for the pizza.

I was craving for some Pizza after rafting and decided to stop by. I have to say, this place has the best pizza in Maupin Oregon! I was surprise by how good the pizza was for so little $ that I had to pay.
