We loved our day trip and felt very well taken care of at DRA. I brought my brother in law and my eight-year-old nephew with me for a DIY1-day rafting trip — their first one. It’s been a while since I’ve gone rafting myself. It was a slower day and we really lucked out. The owner David took the time to drive us to scope each major rapid in the 12-mile run and gave us pointers on how to handle them. Very thoughtful guy. The tips came in very handy during the run.

Trip was last week of August. The river was running 3460CFM and we were a large self guided group with lots of experience. Good communication before the trip, everything was as stated. Everything went off without a hitch. They have a nice little store to buy some things you may need, i think we bought out the pocket sized sun screen. Everyone was super friendly and helpful excellent customer service. We did have a problem with a floor pressure relief valve leaking. It took about 20 minutes of redneck ingenuity to get the leak slowed, the more experience people took that raft just in case. After we made it through Box Car we forgot about the issue. The rest of the trip was great. Great company to go with. Will definitely go with DRA again.

Our family of four booked a rafting trip with DRA to close out the summer, and we had a blast! DRA is a very organized company and everything was well planned. We took a 13-mile river trip with a BBQ lunch stop mid-way, all prepaid and preordered so we didn’t have to worry about bringing ANYTHING. They even provided bottled water on the boat. Our awesome guide, Michael, knew all of the river’s hidden gems, and he made the trip much more exciting than we thought possible by sharing a few of his favorite stops along the way. We are a family of daredevils, and he challenged us while keeping us safe. We «rode the bull» on the front of the raft down rapids, we jumped in the river at a deep point to actually ride down a set of rapids(thrilling!) on our own, and we climbed up a 15 – 20 foot rock to jump into a pool below. Along the way, Michael gave us history tidbits about the railroad and the pioneer trail, as well as pointed out deer and osprey lining the riverbanks. At the end of our trip, we pulled over in the van to watch other rafters come down Oak Springs, and were so happy that we chose DRA instead of another company. We can’t wait for next summer! See you then, DRA!

Our group had a great time rafting with Tanner as our guide. He was a lot of fun and we hit every rapid you could possibly hit.

This was my first guided rafting trip and it was great. The staff are friendly and make you feel right at home. Guide Captain Mike was the best! The trip is 13 miles long with a great lunch 5 miles in. I would go again in a heartbeat. DRA has been in the business over 30 years and they really know how to show you a great time. Highly recommend them.

Had an amazing time white water rafting and our guide Kate was amazing! I can’t wait to go back again. Kate and the other guides were so knowledgable and such a blast to spend the day with. The whole experience from beginning to end was so smooth and made for such a great experience. A lot of women in the group were rafting for the first time and felt totally safe. Thanks again Kate;) Tanyis

Have been rafting with DRA for years. Top notch guys with loads of fun. Took a group of my friends for my 50th Birthday to celebrate. Once again fun was had by all. This is the company to use not the undercut prices of competitor’s. The old saying… you get what you pay for!
