I was blown away when I saw how huge the area rug section of the store was. They must have had 1000 rugs in stock. Several different sizes and price points. They even let you borrow rugs for a few days to see how they look in my home. The design staff was very helpful. I shopped for rugs in Chicago before I moved here and the prices at Marshall’s were much better
It is very comforting to know that such a store exists for people moving to Cleveland

My Mom needed new wall to wall carpet for her main living areas. She wanted to go to a family run business with emphasis on quality and the customer. We landed at Marshall Carpet who has a long family history in the east Cleveland area and felt as soon as we were greeted we were immediately in the right place. Ryan, one of the owners, educated us on the carpets and showed us many price points explaining the advantages and disadvantages of the choices. No pressure, just education. He worked with our time constraints on the order and installation and followed through with phone calls and e-mails and gave us a very thorough proposal and a fair price. From start to finish the whole experience was professional with emphasis on the customer. My Mom was thrilled that she found a store with old fashion values, and I agree but add that the selection and service was outstanding! If there was more than five stars they would get it!

I was moving from Cleveland to NYC and needed two rugs for my apartment. I stopped into Marshall Carpet One to browse their rugs and see if they could ship to NY. They had a huge selection and said shipping was not an issue. Steve was great and helped me pick out a beautiful Karastan rug for my living room and a fun shag rug for my bedroom. I didn’t need anything besides rugs, but their showroom was huge and looked like it could accommodate almost anything flooring related.

Marshall Carpet was recommended to me and I’m happy I used their service! The process from start to finish was good service and a great value. I walked into the store being a first time carpet buyer with a budget and they recommended several affordable and quality styles. There was a vast variety to choose from and the associates guided me from price, durability, stain resistance, and easy to vacuum up dog hair.
I am happy with my purchase and you will be too! I was also pleased to find out they are a local, family owned company which is important to me.

Stopped into the Marshall One showroom when I was in town visiting my boyfriend. Even though I wasn’t planning on buying anything that day (mostly because of logistics), Matt was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable in helping me find exactly what I wanted for my apartment back in NYC. He assured me that it wouldn’t be a problem to get a rug delivered to me back home. Sure enough, 2 days later, the rug was delivered just as promised and is AWESOME. I’d definitely recommend Marshall to anyone in the market for flooring.
