Guess what folks, 2mths later after the second rear strut replacement and what a surprise, the rear struts Midas are failing again. My car bounces like a yo-​yo and lo’ and behold neither the area manager nor the local district manager have responded d to my phone call or emails.
I guess it’s finally time for small claims court.
My recommendation, NEVER take your vehicle to a Midas service center, especially this one, as I’m even getting the complete blowoff from the managers on duty who seem to think I’m nothing but a complainer and a pain in their ass. Well, if the work had been done properly the first time and someone had taken the time to take care of the matter promptly, I wouldn’t be this way! Sad that customer service has come to this which is basically none at all. Time to go to court!

I went in yesterday to have my pads and rotors I believe; replaced. I was in and out pretty quickly. The one thing I will say is that beware of what they put on your car I was given ceramic pads with no other recommendations. There was no mention of putting on the most expensive pads, just that is what you need and no price (as far as for the breakdown of parts), until after it was paid for then I saw what was on the receipt. So, if you don’t know crap about asking all those questions, and asking for options… just be aware.

Great service! Trustworthy and friendly. Went in because I need new front brakes and rotors on my Jeep. They were $ 200 less than the two other shops I went to. Technician brought me into the garage and showed me exactly what I needed.
I was so impressed I brought my wife’s car in for and oil change. Can’t beat the oil change and tire rotation special they have for $ 19.99.
This will be the only place I take my car from now on!

I would certainly recommend that people use this Midas location. The service was fast and very efficient. My exhaust issue was addressed properly and at a much better price than I’d been quoted at another locale. The shop personnel (Eric) was informative and polite. I was pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness of the waiting area. I will not return to the Midas that is a mile from my home, instead I will return to the shop that’s 12 miles away that I felt appreciated my business and gave good service.

This is a very trustworthy place! My husband and I always come here for minor repairs and regular maintenance for our vehicles and we’ve always been satisfied. The service and the customer service are excellent!

I’ve lived in Cleveland 6 weeks and I’ve been here twice. Once for new breaks and once for an oil change. The guys are great over here. They work fast and are thorough. I was also hearing something when I brought my car in for my oil changed, and they took the time to drive my car around the block and explain what was going on.
While you wait, they have TVs to watch, coffee and water and magazines to read. Would recommend these guys!

My family has gone to Midas for years.
Whenever I call, the staff is super friendly and try to place you in for appointments that are most convenient to you. I’ve never had a problem with their service and I think they do a great job. Midas often have coupons and great deals for common car maintenance.
When I walked in, the guy was friendly, polite and very easy to talk to. The waiting area has a tv, coffee, tea and also recent magazines.
Overall, a trustworthy place to drop your car off for all your auto services :)
