I was initially happy with their service due to my job sending me there to have my Iphone 6 screen repaired. This was in June 2015 here we are in January 2016 and the screen they replaced is pulling apart from my phone. Now I have to get a new phone. Not happy about that!

I was skeptical about taking my phone to this business and my skepticism proved to be right. I called in advance to ascertain if my phone could be repaired and was told that it could be and given a price. Upon arriving at the location, the technician that waited on me looked at the phone, and I do mean just looked at it, disappeared behind a door and then return and informed me that the phone could not be fixed because parts were hard to find. I needed the charging port replaced. His suggestion was to buy an external battery charger and an extra battery and keep switching them out. Of course I rejected his suggestion and call Cell Phone Repair in Independence OH. They ordered the part and repaired my phone quickly and professionally (Approx 4 days from start to finish). Look past the hype and the scrubs and take your phone to real technicians. Cell Phone Repair. Look them up. Unless you just need your screen replaced.

Absolutely awful. that is the ONLY way to describe this service. I called around to get my cracked iphone 5 screen fixed and this was one of the places that came up. Not only do they charge more, $ 100+ to fix the screen, but it takes them 2 – 3 hours. Um yeah go to a kiosk at any mall; even Beachwood mall and they will do it for $ 90 and in under 20 minutes. I was in a hurry and needed my phone fixed and these guys are not only slow but also expensive.

My first experience with Phone Ambulance was negative but they were able to make things right. Good customer service.

Dropped my iphone 5 and cracked the screen. Went to apple store and they said the corner was damaged too bad to replace the screen. Brought my phone to Phone Ambulance the next day and they were able to replace the screen. Highly recommend their services!!!

I’ve been to this location 2 times and its great. Fast service nice people don’t waste your time taking your phone back to your service provider for repairs I’ll always bring my phone here to this location. and recommend phone ambulance to all my friends and family

Had the typical cracked iPhone screen and was so happy to hear about this place from a friend. Apple would have charged me double to fix it and the did an amazing job! It was done within an hour and the staff is helpful and patient. Charlie at the front counter was awesome and helped me understand the process, even gave me tips to protect my phone!

I have to admit that at first I was skeptical of taking my iPhone 4S with a badly damaged screen here to be repaired. I have to say I was more than pleasantly surprised. They replaced my screen and returned my iPhone to perfect working condition within an hour!
Yes, I paid the emergency fee to have it done so quickly but to me it was well worth it. The phone looks and acts exactly as it did before the screen was smashed.
I would not hesitate to recommend phone ambulance and will use them again should the need arise!

Took my iphone in to have the power button replaced. Their «repair» fixed the button but broke the proximity sensor. Wouldn’t resolve the problem so I picked up my newly broken phone and fixed it myself. Waste of money…

A week ago my phone (Samsung Galaxy SIII) looked the movie poster from Unbreakable. Glass shards started poking my ear when I was on the phone — that’s when I knew I had to do something.
First stop, Verizon. A replacement phone (my contract wasn’t up) would to cost me $ 500. Thankfully, the rep recommended «a good phone repair place on the East side», aka Phone Ambulance.
My experience was quite good: they were very courteous both over the phone and in store. They told me approximately how many times they had fixed Galaxy phones vs how many issues they had (only a few) and that my phone given the severity of the shatter could end up in the latter. I understood the risks, left my phone, and four hours later (I paid $ 10 for the expedited service, normally it’s 24 hours) I picked up my like-​new phone for just over $ 100.
I’d go again without question and recommend them to friends.

They preformed work on my water damaged iphone4s. Unfortunately couldn’t get it to work (set the expectation of 3 days and had to call back after 5 to get status) and unfortunately also failed to disclose what pieces they didn’t put back in my phone even after me telling them I was selling it on eBay. Would not recommend taking your device there.
