Appalling lack of concern for their poor judgement. my daughter was in in January for a regular cleaning. In July, she chipped a tooth and saw the other partner in the practice. He did his standard lecture about soda drinking, and played with his tooth magnifier, and told her she had 6 cavities in her front teeth! seems they only xray those every 3 years in people who are not prone to cavities. after telling me she had plenty of cavities previously,(so why did you not use common sense and x ray her front teeth in January?), he tried to tell me that it was due to insurance. When I then spoke to Dr. Mensh, he read me the guidelines, and basically said that it was not their fault because they follow the guidelines. That’s lovely, now she needs a root canal and 5 fillings in her front teeth. POORJUDGEMENT, and no apology.

Dr. Pham and his staff are great. I enjoy how efficiently the place runs, especially with the desk staff, who are always friendly and somehow faster at check-ins, payments, and scheduling than I’ve ever seen. The technicians are funny and friendly, and Dr. Pham has a good attitude. I always feel welcome there.
