Hairstylist«V» or Vina is very unprofessional. Not only can you never get her on the phone, when you leave a message, she doesn’t return calls. It turned out to be a blessing in disguise because she did an awful job on my friends hair. No thanks!

Purchasing a bed from JCPenney’s furniture online seemed like a great idea. Please think otherwise once you have read this review. Purchased a bed from JCPenney and had it delivered. The Excel delivery company that they use to deliver the furniture in New Jersey tore up the front yard leaving ruts in grass when there was ample driveway. Secondly, the bed was not fully installed properly. Bolts were half screwed on and screws for frame were drilled wrong(all discovered once it was being taken apart for return for discomfort.) Thirdly, the return was awful experience. Delivery service was supposed to arrive at 8:30am for pickup. Never arrived, drove by house and kept going. Excuse was no one answered phone at 7:35am same day, so assumed no one was home when the drive-by happened at 8am. JCPenney contacted us stating driver was waiting in front of house at 8:35 and rang doorbell. People were home for pickup, did not drive down 50 yards of driveway to check to see if we were home, nor rang the bell. Excel delivery company phone operator was extremely arrogant and disrespectful. I was told it was my fault I didnt answer the phone at 7:35am and voicemail from driver stated he would be at my house at 8am(half hour early but still home waiting for pickup). Excel delivery is very unprofessional and falsely accused us of not being home. Please be aware of home delivery of furniture from JCPenney store in south Jersey!
