Well I have not been to Linda nails in over 5 years. I went the Wednesday before Thanksgiving. The health department needs to come in and shut the place down. Equipment was NOT sanitized between clients. Not even sprayed with alcohol. The place was dirty and cheap. If your looking for a cheap manicure which shows in heir work then this is the place for you. Won’t ever go back.

Ok. maybe a new owner.. But still terrible job. I went back in a pinch.2 times. I went home and reviled and repolished my nails. so it’s still a beat nail salon. No matter who owns it. Short supply of nail polish too. great if you like colors from 5 years ago. Oh yea. the massage chairs? Are you serious? They really are the worst ever! Get with the times.

I came in to Linda’s because it happened to be near where I was shopping for maternity clothes. I normally just get a regular pedi, but because I’m 7 months pregnant I opted for the spa pedi. It was a wonderful spa pedicure with an extra long foot and leg massage included. It was $ 45 which I think was a good price. I will definitely come back. And I’m pretty picky about my pedis. I usually have a hard time finding a place that does a nice massage, after all that is half the reason I am getting my toes done! They did great.

If you’re not looking for anything particularly super fancy and of relatively low cost, then Linda’s Nails would be the stop for you. Basic services like a French manicure are nicely done here. However I will warn you that they aren’t the quickest at what they’re doing nor are they the greatest at holding a conversation(probably because they take a little longer than some places, it seems, so it may be a little tougher). Nonetheless, the staff are all farily friendly! Location is super convenient if you’re doing some shopping at the mall or simply around the consumer square of this area. So my suggestion, come early in the morning when you have the time.

The Good: All of the technicians are very nice. The owner, name pronounced«May», is very bubbly and polite. Prices aren’t bad, especially for how much time they spend doing your nails. Brow waxing is always fantastic from this place. The Bad: I’ve been going here on and off for the last few years, and I will not be coming back. The last two visits, I got a full set that took 2.5 hours instead of 45 minutes like every other nail salon I’ve ever been to. Also, I had the misfortune to have my appointment interrupted by a surprise health inspection. Not only were all the violations and disapproval from the inspectors concerning, my nails suffered because all of the technicians were too busy following the inspectors around and yelling at each other in a foreign language. Every time I leave, my hands hurt for hours after and I get cut… a lot. Whenever the technicians cut you, they spread nail super glue on the cut… what?! My last visit, I got the wrong kind of set and when I corrected her, she overcharged me and didn’t speak to me until it was time to pay. Overall, it’s very uncomfortable and I would not recommend this salon.
