We were soooo impressed with Claire our sales person. She took the time to find dresses that seemed to fit my daughter’s body type. We loved her. We didn’t get a dress but walked away feeling respected and personally cared for during our visit!

This has to be the best location with great customer service. For special events they always know the perfect dress and fit for my body type.

Don’t expect A+ customer service from some associates at the Tysons Galleria location and definitely don’t go in 15 minutes before closing. I had no intent to shop but simply to pick up an item on hold. I was not greeted with the customary hello but I was definitely provided an aggressive goodbye. So aggreggive that the associates refused to provide their names and the lead aggressor provided some hand gestures to reinforce her point. It was rather disturbing that a store with price points that range from $ 48 for a tank top to $ 498 for a jacket would give poor customer service or rather the«pregnant girl.» Honestly, she referred to herself with that title. Perhaps you shouldn’t visit this store in athletic work-out gear. Hopefully, the store manager will review this comment and address this matter. If not, I wiill definitely shop at the other locations in VA&DC. I can spend my money elsewhere because this location didn’t need it to make their daily number goal.

Its a nice store for window shopping IMO but if I have to get something for my wife, I would rather buy BCBG clothes from Bloomingdales etc — I can compare other brands and get better return policy from other stores.

Think twice before buying BCBG at there own retail locations! This past Saturday I stopped into BCBG… I bought a shirt that was on sale and since it was on sale it was a final sale. Ok I can live with that. On my way I noticed the jewelry case had some awesome stuff in it and I ended up picking out a ring and a bracelet. While my card is being swiped I’m in informed that these items are also final sale. I really like what I picked out so I figured ok no big deal. Fast forward to Wednesday I put on the ring on and noticed that a stone was missing. I was already on my way to work so I took the ring off put it back into the ziplock baggy and figured I’d go by there tomorrow with the receipt. So today I go in the store and I explain the situation that I had just bought it and that I just wanted another ring. They didn’t have one on display and another associate went to the back to look. The female associate who I assume to be the manager said that I should have brought it back the next day if something was wrong. To which I responded that I had just gone to wear it Wednesday and that’s when I’d noticed. While waiting I was looking around literally the first ring I picked up in a bowl of rings was missing a stone so at that point I decided I didn’t want another ring cuz clearly they were poor quality. The guy came back said they didn’t have anymore. She asked me to exchange for something else I said that I’d rather just take a store credit because while looking at other rings I noticed stones missing. She actually went over and brought the bowl to the cash wrap and started looking in it and mumbling about how they sell a lot of jewelry and I said look if you wanted me to look through this bowl I will and will show you the ring but from a customer service standpoint I shouldn’t have to and that all I wanted was a store credit. She didn’t even want to give me the credit. In retrospect I should have just left and filed with my credit card company to just get my money back. Now I’ve got this store credit to a store I don’t want to go back too. BCBG has the worst customer service and if your gonna buy BCBG buy it at a department store. On another note I work in retail as well as a store manager and I realize that there are limitations to what a manager can do. But if the situation were reversed I’d take care of the customer. My RM always says take care of the customer in the store cuz if they call her she’s jugs gonna make us take care of it. So don’t even let it escalate to that level.
