Stupid housefraus working here. They tell you to shop via the website. Well, why do you exist then? Nothing to try on, as only certain items are available on the website. So how can I try them on? Dumb lady grabbed my phone as I was trying to show her the sweater I wanted. She walked away with it. Seriously? She told me to order it and then bring it back if it didn’t fit. That is just dumb as why would I drive back to return something or pay to ship it back? Again, not the greatest business plan. I left, feeling quite unhappy. I went home and ordered what I wanted through Nordstroms website as I know I can get free shipping and free returns. I won’t be back.
