Bought a pair of shoes decided next day I needed a bigger size. The lady at counter said she would send it via mail in 3 – 5 business days. 10 days pass nothing, I call the customer service number they didn’t even have my order in their system. Went into the store for a refund they gave me hassle said I had to call the 800 number. I call the number they said go back into the store for a refund. Store manager recommended it get sent to the store«it will be here by Monday I promise» 1 month later still no shoes and every time I call the 800 number I am on hold for 30 min at this point Im just going to write off the expense and move on with ;my life because it has been so time consuming. My wife encouraged this review based on our last experience in there about two weeks ago. Selection: standard fare for an athletic store. Very cramped layout, sale racks are in the middle which makes for difficult traversing of the store since bargain hunters who look like they’ve spent absolutely no time in the gym EVER are blocking the aisles like the globules of cholesterol in their veins. Man I’m mean. But I love it. Employees: hell, I almost walked out of here. I was listening to the assistant manager trying to run the store like it was an airborne operation(and yes, I’ve had the pleasure of running a few of those at Fort Bragg). It would have made me proud if she was one of my Soldiers — but alas, the pin striped referee shirt reminded me that she was supposed to selling my wife athletic gear with finesse(which she lacked). She was berating a customer for trying to buy running shoes that didn’t fit her feet and subsequently ignored my wife. Not sure if I’ll go back — I’ll stick to Dick’s sporting goods or something. At least they have paintball guns to play with…
