This is my go to spot for all my sneaker needs. The staff here are very friendly, especially one gentleman who seems to always be there when I pay them a visit. He’s a Spanish guy about 5’9ish and is always very friendly and gets my shoes in a timely manner. Very nice fellow and easy to strike a conversation with. This footlocker is the biggest location around me, so they are considered a house of hoops as well. I live closer to fair oaks mall, but I always take the extra drive to Tyson’s location because they have a larger selections. The best part of this location is that they get 90% of the major releases and have surprise restocks of highly sought after sneakers. For example, they had a Triple White Adidas NMD boost restock, and I quickly rushed here to pick up my pair.

This Footlocker is located in Tyson’s Corner Mall. It’s the standard store on top of the high-end Nike merchandise in the back consisting of Kevin Durant, Kobe Bryant, and Jordan lines. They have some great-looking shoes and apparel, but just into it. Anyhow, the staff are friendly and are not overtly aggressive.

The staff is HORRIBLE– Their demeanor is pathetic to say the least– made a sale just to get the credit and told me the wrong shipment timeframe. I called the manager, Synthia, to complain about her staff and she seemed not one bit bothered and pretty much just brushed it off. By far the worst place to buy a shoe– avoid at all cost.

They were fairly helpful but not enough options for women.

Went in today to get a pair of shoes. Employees were rude and didn’t even acknowledge me. Next time I will be either shopping online or going to a different location. Only went for the connivence at the time it was close but never again. Just rude and bad customer service.

I actually have to agree. Pretty small selection and the staff are too busy faffing about like a bunch of moppets to provide actual customer service. I was eyeballing some nice New Balances but every time I migrated towards a staff member with a polite«Excuse me,» it was like magnetic repulsion, they just gravitated away. I would get better customer service online…

Twas the day I went shopping for new tennis shoes, hoping Foot Locker could cure my blues! With I and my wallet, prepared to spend, but not one sales employee, my way they did send. They all stood around without any care, made eye contact with me and continued to stare. But they did not come over, but went straight back to work (standing around) while I stood like a jerk. Quickly as coursers, my shoes and me fled when five minutes I’d stood there and not a word was said. This is the third time I’ve been unimpressed with this chain; I’ll stop shopping here — it’s always a pain! As I left in the light, I could be heard to exclaim: «forget Foot Locker, it’s totally lame!»
