Not a good place if you need real PT. I asked twice to start doing exercises and manual therapy for my condition, but the PT just wanted to meditate, while holding my head and moving stuff around in my tummy, this is not PT… This did nothing to help me and had nothing to do with my problem. When I asked to treat my condition, my request was ignored and he continude to do weird meditation stuff, which is not what I asked for. I do not recommend this place unless you want to meditate.

The first time I went to Pro-Motion was several years ago. I went as a last-gasp effort to avoid hip replacement. They fixed it and I have not been serious bothered since. Since then, I have gone back to deal with other cranky body parts showing the effects of aging. They made those better too. I feel healthier now than I did five years go. For me, two things separates Pro-Motion from the others performing similar services. First, the staff work as a collaborative team. Second, the therapists have a firm understanding of how bodies are put together and how the parts relate.

Started physical therapy a month ago to continue healing from a broken tailbone, and have been so pleased. They are great about running on time for appointments, helpful in scheduling, and most importantly I’m finally starting to feel some relief from the pain of the last few years. A great find!
