Had a lovely and personalized experience on my first, and definitely not last, visit to Carats. My mother-​in-​law and I walked in and were greeted with warm welcomes from the staff and offered a glass of bubbles as we shopped. I was looking to purchase a watch for my husband and one of the owners took the time to ask about my husband’s likes and needs, my price point, and then showed me several functional, high quality, and above all stylish pieces. In the process we learned about the jewelry designers that are exclusive to Carats and the care the owners take in selecting the brands that they carry from unique European candles, to handbags and home décor.
I ended up buying a Philip Stein watch for my husband that he absolutely loves. I cannot say enough about the care that the Carats staff took to deliver a positive shopping experience, as well as the care they take to ensure that you find a piece you will love forever.
