Logan’s Roadhouse

Very bad service!!! I called to make a to-​go order and it took a while for someone to pick up the phone and when someone finally did she put me on hold for 4minutes. I hung up and called again and no answer, after that I called 3 more times and all 4 times, no answer. By then we had already arrived to Logan’s. So we got off to order in person and right away we noticed two of the employees messing around, not doing their jobs. All I wanted to order was 2 bowls of potato soup and some rolls. Their soup is already made and I’m sure their rolls don’t take too long to pack up either, an order that could taken about 5minutes took 15minutes of us sitting and waiting. It was a disgrace. I would mark 0 stars if I could but I’m not sure how to. Lol :(

Stay Away — Food was not very good (Service was the only good thing) and the restaurant is a dump. Dirty glasses and plates everywhere and no one cleaning them up. Also the employees are cleaning all around you while you are trying to eat. Ribs were so tough and that is suppose to be their specialty. I talked to the manager when I left about the conditions and he replied In a I don’t care tone «I am sorry to hear that». Go somewhere else

Just finished eating here like ten minutes ago. I’ve never eaten here before and my first experience wasn’t too great.
I ordered a Brewski sirloin. The cut of meat was pretty bad but they prepared it the best that was able so it turned out good. I got a mash potatoes with it and the mac and cheese. The brown gravy on the potatoes tasted powdered and was pretty awful. The Mac tasted like it came out of a freezer. Does corporate force them to make this crap?
Our server didn’t seem to be too excited about her job. I noticed many servers avoiding eye contact with the customers as they moved about. Classic «I am here to collect a paycheck» move. Probably true since they are forced to clean millions of peanut shells all over the floor.
We accidentally spilled a drink on the table and the server didn’t offer to clean it up. Instead she replaced all of our napkins that we used when we did it ourselves. Also: the sign of a bad server is if all the drinks are empty at the end of a meal. I think I’m the only one to get a refill because I was at the end of the table, where she could reach.
They also served broccoli still on the stalk totally undercooked. Either they have to do that or it was really lazy. It was also a million degrees in there. The lights were right on my face, fans were off and I felt like I was being sweated out.
Don’t eat here. Or work here. Avoid this place if your tongue still works.

The service needs some working on and aldo they usually never have what food we want and always ran out but they paid for our food because of it so I guess two stars I give it

I’m giving this place 2 stars because of the manager. She is a awesome person. If she wasn’t a great person I would give this place no stars at all. We had a not pleasant experience in the place and she took a great care of the situation. I don’t recommend this place to eat but if you are a restaurant owner I do recommend this lady.

What you would expect from a chain steak house. Frozen product, cooks that don’t know how to cook a proper steak. Dirty menus, utensils, tables (been to multiple locations)
Never personally had a major problem with service, but other short comings pull the experience down.

Food was amazing and our waitress amazing. Porterhouse was so juicy; the perfect medium. Th am k you for a delicious night.

Food is pretty standard, but the service is exceptionally poor. When I got there, I waited for a table to be bused, but when I was seated, the table hadn’t been wiped down. I am not someone who wants or needs a lot of attention, but I was basically ignored. As I write this, I have been sitting for 15 minutes waiting for my check.

Rough steak and weak low flavor. Both ordered steaks way undercooked for the amount of traffic in the atmosphere. Ambience was weak and thats being generous considering there was none. I tend to find more joy in a graveyard than I could in this place. The hostess were kind and quick to seat though. House salad was decent but thats sad to say considering it is a steak house. Save your buck from this place there is better steaks nearer for a less buck.

I enjoyed the Logan. An 11 oz Angus steak cooked medium and a side of Mac and cheese and a loaded baked potato. The steak was seasoned perfectly and cooked to my liking. Service was outstanding and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Ate here with a large group today. I am only speaking for my order. Overall the service was good especially considering the size of the group. However, my steak was awful. 12oz NY strip Steak. Ordered medium. This steak was so thin and unevenly cut it ranged from boot leather tough at one end to basically raw at the other. Because of the poor cut they had had to remove it from the grill before the outside developed any color at all. Any taste it might have had was then overwhelmed by cracked pepper, salt and (I assume) butter. The steak itself was not adequately trimmed and after cutting away the huge chunks of fat I was then faced by cartilage that held the remains together. I probably worked off more calories than I consumed.
Using the term «loaded» to refer to a baked potato that has a little sprinkling of shredded cheese and some bacon bits applied foes an injustice to the word. Where are the chives, where is the sour cream? The tiny dab of butter did nothing to make the potato the smooth goodness I would expect.
$ 17.99 for a $ 3 «steak» is NOT a good deal.

It’s usually a bit empty in the day time and the service is only decent but slow for the fact that it’s empty at the usual time I go. I only come here for the bread rolls and their «Anything and Everything» salad, which I have to say are always delicious so no complaints there.

Went here for lunch. Ordered the salmon with grilled vegetables and mac&cheese. Salmon was ok but the vegetables were burned and the mac&cheese was cold. The server took care of the vegetables and mac&cheese. It is an ok place.

I really enjoy the good food and service at Logan’s. Happy hour special 7 days a week is pretty cool. Bartenders are friendly and fast.

I had the salmon and loaded sweet potato! Great happy hour and bar area was cool! Eight large TV’s to watch the NBA playoffs.

I have to say I wasn’t too impressed. I ordered the filet and lobster tail and the food was way undercooked for my liking.
The lobster tail just wasn’t that flavorful as I would’ve expected. The filet was way undercooked as I ordered it medium rare. It was definitely rare or less!
I normally don’t order sweet drinks, but today I made an exception as it was a hot day and decided I wanted a lemonade. I ordered the strawberry lemonade, but, as I expected, it was extremely sweet. And, it tasted like it was a drink mix rather than actual freshly made lemonade. I ended up switching it for another beverage.
I ended up ordering dessert, so I chose the three personal sized dessert options. I ordered the cheesecakes and the brownie. Those were probably my favorites of the evening.

Bad service!!! Server got my order wrong and did not look happy to be there. Small food portions. Do not recommended.

This past visit the food was not cooked as nicely as in the past. Ribs were overcooked, steak was tough and veggies on the skewer looked sadly wilted. About a gallon of ranch on the salad. The server seemed sort of pushy. Which appetizer would I like? Um, none. I never said I wanted one, so why assume?

Service was slow not friendly enough! Food was not good. Will not be going back. The sides that came with the orders were horrible too! Do not waste your time at this restaurant.

This place stinks. Literally. It smelt like what I can only assume the port-​a-​potties at Woodstock smelled like. The food is bland is the service is poor. The joint was empty, and full of managers and employees playing grab ass. They where definitely not serving customers. Avoid.
