We walked in no one noticed us we walk the store(the whole store) all employees passed us had the money in had but no help so spent my money at Conn’s walked in and they were nice and happy.

Usually I don’t bitch about the service unless its really terrible, but I can’t help myself this time. The good: –We ordered a leather sectional couch. We like it alot, its comfy and was delivered in good condition. –I also ordered a couch in Houston, and it was delivered on time too. The bad: — If you don’t cancel your order within 48 hours, you will FOREFIT20% of the total cost of the order. –why does this ridiculous policy exist? We wanted to cancel our order because our bed wasn’t going to be delivered until 3 weeks after the date of purchase after being told it would be offered sooner. So, the item isn’t on the truck yet and no where near being delivered, and we can’t cancel our order for free because roomstogo is taking their time!!! –Customer service: We dealt with rudy and crystal. The most important job for furniture salesman is to make sure your stuff arrives on time and be available for any mishaps. They told us we would get a call back after we called about our order, but WENEVERGOT A CALL! This happened several times. When we tried to speak to the manager, they said he wasn’t in that day or wasn’t available. –Maybe rooms to go is just bad here in the valley bc their main hq is in Houston. Who knows, but I hope the employees in this store get their act together or move on to another job. I mean, how hard is this job? The furniture sells itself, and they get paid to stand around and sit on comfy furniture! All you have to do is just be there when the phone rings and make sure the delivery guys do their job! How hard is that?! Would I go back to Rooms to Go in mcallen? hell no
