Terrible terrible terrible. They don’t honor appointments and only care about getting customers (and their money) in the door. Thought I had learned my lesson last time which was over two years ago and came here as an absolute last resort — BIGGEST mistake of my life. Never come here EVER! Specifically Dalia.

I love the prices but this store is always out of stock of everything and all products are dirty and un organized i love ulta stores but I’ve never seen one so out of stock and with all the makeup open in my life !

The lines are soo long and they only have 2 cashiers! And I noticed it was taking them a long time to check out the customers. I was enjoying my shopping trip today until I had to wait in line forever here.

I love the store and the products they sell, but my problem is with the salon. They have great stylists now, but they always have a problem with overbooking. I’ve been to the salon 3 times, and every time I come here I have had to wait more than an hour. Some stylists even take walk-​ins knowing that they have other clients coming in. I would like to go to the salon, because the prices are somewhat decent, but having to reschedule because they overestimated what they can do is a real turn off.

Worst haricut of my life. The stylist was in a rush to fit me in before her next appointment so she didnt listen to a word i said about how long i wanted my hair i specifically pointed to where i wanted my last layer (exactly at my shoulders) and ended up with a bob up to my chin! i was so horrified after the first snip was so short! and not what i said at all well sad to say i was still made to pay the 40 for the hair cut and it has taken my hair 2 yrs to get back to the same length… never again…
