my husband went in a week before mothers day to order me flowers. he ordered them to be delivered on mothers day. when mothers day came… no flowers. not even the day after. he went in the following tuesday after giving him a grace period of one day sense he figured mothers day was on a sunday, maybe they would be delivered the day after or before… whatever as long as i got them but NOPE. they wouldnt refund the cash he paid, they offered to put it on a credit card but he was hesitant to give them a credit card he didnt use to pay for the flowers i never recieved but he did. week went by… no money. he went back and they offered him a mccs gift card, that he didnt want. he had to go up his chain of command for them to send in a representitive to get his cash back. there reasoning why i never recieved the flowers was… it was over looked. never agian.

Great flowers and service. Thank you for the advice on my anniversary. It is best to call in first and ask what’s is currently on hand and what would be available for whatever date you desire if the order is being placed online or over the phone. I had no issues whatsoever in person the staff was very helpful.

I also ordered Flowers for Delivery on Valentines Day. Called in and the women said that«all flowers were delivered», she couldn’t immediately find my delivery confirmation though. She called back 10 minutes later and said that they were in fact delivered. No flowers were delivered to my families house though! She said they were left at the door because no one was home. Funny though. Because my family was home for the entire day! So i’m left with a $ 55 charge, no flowers to show for it. Thanks English Rose!

Because I refused to remove my post regarding this flower shop per request of store manager, she had it flagged. BOTTOMLINE… I knew what I was paying for and knew the costs were more expensive. However, it was the hidden charges and fees that I was trying to address and she was clearly unwilling to listen. In the end, I received poor customer service. I felt they were disrespectful to MY culture. They were unwilling to listen to my concern as a consumer. AND, when I saw the flower arrangement, I was clearly disappointed with the quality of their product for the value that I paid. I will NEVERBE A RETURNINGCUSTOMERANDWILLNEVERRECOMMENDTHEMAGAIN!

I am warning everyone not to use this place. The girls are rude here. I ordered the flowers online and called see if the flowers had been delivered as I hadn’t heard anything from the recipient. When I called they said it was delivered at 1:29pm, being that I live in the same house as the recipient I checked the home, no flowers and it was already 5:00pm. I called the online number again and was told that the deliveries were behind and it would have to be delivered the next morning… 10 minutes later the delivery shows up, but not with what I ordered and more than half the flowers were dead, I wish I was exaggerating. I called the shop this time and the girl was snippy and told me I should be thankful for the amount of flowers I got for the price I paid AND my order should have been rejected because they don’t deliver to my side of Kaneohe. Seriously??? where does it say that on the website? no where. She told me there is nothing they can do and that I got what I paid for even if it doesn’t match the picture on the website. I’m begging people to save your time and money and don’t EVER go to this shop. These people need to learn about customer service and false advertisement.

I really wish I had read all the reviews on here before I ordered from them… I ordered roses for my husband for Valentine’s Day from here and the only reason I ended up with them is because he works on Kbay and I couldn’t find anyone else who would deliver there since it’s not a recognizable address. So here’s the scoop– First, I had no problems with the initial order on Feb. 1st. Everything went smooth online, I was charged correctly(pretty high prices though) and got my confirmation. On Feb. 12th, I called them to see if there was anyway they could make sure to deliver before noon since he may not be in the office in the afternoon. She pulls up my order and tells me that my order was already picked up by my husband. I asked how that was possible and they said he was in there that morning and picked them up. I was quite pissed because they couldn’t give me an answer as to how he found out(along with everyone else’s reviews on here, they are very unprofessional). Husband comes home that evening with the roses(very happy I might add) and tells me the story… He went into their shop to place an order for roses for ME for Vday and when he gives them his name, they tell him that they have roses they were supposed to deliver to him for Vday(they recognized his name since they just finished putting the arrangement together). Since he was there, he took the delivery in the shop. After he tells me the story, I look at the flowers and notice they seem a bit bare. I ordered two dozen roses and it was missing 3 of them. So needless to say, I am very unhappy. Part of the whole surprise was having them delivered to him for Valentine’s, not blowing it early with a «since you’re here, why don’t you save us a trip…» Also, I fully expect that if I pay for two dozen, I get two full dozen. Someone doesn’t know how to count…

Order was a day late(claimed they called which is not true because I got NO phone call). Flower vase was half full of water, some of the flowers were dying and the ends of the petals were turning brown very very bad presentation, I could have done a better job myself. Don’t waste your money!

Extremely poor quality flowers… and expensive! My daughter and her date ordered a corsage and boutonnière for prom. The boutonnière was one wilted orchid and the corsage was hot glued together. All of the flowers fell off before she arrived at the event! Don’t waste your money… very poor workmanship and customer service.

My Valentine’s Day order also went undelivered, with no notification to me. I had to awkwardly ask the intended recipient if she had received the flowers and candies. I called in today and was informed that a refund will be on the way, and that of the 5 delivery drivers scheduled to work yesterday, 4 didn’t show up. Some sort of notification sure would have been nice.

I ordered flowers for Valentine’s day through the website . I received a confirmation number via email and charged my account for the cost. I waited and waited still no flowers. At 6 pm I decided to call to find out where my order was… The manager told me that my order had been denied due to the high volume of orders, they couldn’t accommodate because they were not ready for it. Piss Poor Planning and Performance. I was NOT notified that my order had been cancelled. The customer service at this place has definitely fallen off a cliff since the English owner Lisa Golf PCS’d. Completely Disappointed!

I placed an order online through their website and received a confirmation email and receipt and assumed my order would be delivered as indicated. A few days passed and I had not heard anything from the recipient so I called the English Rose for confirmation of delivery and the girl who answered couldn’t even find my order. After several minutes she finds it and says it was denied because their flower shipment comes in on Thursday evenings and my order was placed on Thursday morning with delivery for that same day. The girl goes on to say that Telaflora or whoever was supposed to contact me to let me know my order was denied but I received nothing even though I provided my email address and phone numbers. Not sure why the English Rose didn’t contact me themselves since they obviously had my contact information and I didn’t order from Telaflora, I ordered it from THEM. I will never use them again and would advise anyone ordering from them to call and confirm their order if ordering online.
