Flowers I received were dead and dying. I spoke with the owner on the phone and she said that she would refund my money. At this point I had already ordered a new bouquet as I no longer trusted her services. She later went back on what she had agreed to and tried to give me another bouquet. Unfortunately by the time she did this is was well into the day and there was no way this would be able to work. I had a horrible experience and would not recommend her. she is hard to get ahold of once the order is placed and she made my day less pleasurable. If you do decide to go with her I would not pay until services are rendered. I do recommend the NEX florists. They were able to make a beautiful bouquet in minuets for a fantastically reasonable price. I can only imagine what they could do if ordered in advance.
