Very good rooms, spacious. Has a fridge and microwave. 2 TVs in each room. Own bathroom and shower. They finally have wifi for each room but the wifi speed is only on average 1mbps download speed. Free breakfast in the morning and free dinner on Wednesday.

My husband and I pcs’ed here from Travis AFB, CA. The TLF at Travis is super nice so when I read the most recent review from Joshua I was so nervous to stay here. My mom, best friend, baby, and I came here a week before my husband to do the walk through on our new home. We are also staying in bldg 680 but in room 322. I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel we have. It has everything we need. We have stayed for a week so far and I am enjoying my time. They put a Graco pack and play in the room and a high chair that rolls for my 7 month old. I do agree that some of the staff seems rude. The girl that checked us in and one of the women that cleaned our room. But honestly most of them have been great. It is annoying though that the other guests feel the need to slam their doors every time they leave their room especially when I have a sleeping baby in my room but that isn’t the hotel’s fault. The commissary and Bx are so easy to get too and close by. I would definitely recommend staying here to a family member or friend.

I’m staying at the IHG building 680, the mini homes for people PCSing and who have small children. This place shouldn’t be able to call itself a «hotel». No Maid service on the weekends? When the maids do come they forgot to replace the one missing toilet paper roll and paper towel roll. Room 323 smells like pungent cat urine, awesome. Now let me migrate to the rude woman who answers the front desk at night. Could you act any more put out by answering my simple shuttle questions or having to change my check out date. The«customer service» at this place is a joke. Military members will just accept their lackadaisical efforts, but don’t book family members here. It’s not a hotel experience. If you are PCSing, its a stressful time. Do yourself a favor and book somewhere else with the 5 days of TLE $ if you are heading OCONUS. Also, the shuttle on Mcchord wont take you to the Fort Lewis side of post. So if you need to sign out on leave or conduct last minute business on Fort Lewis, get ready to NOT have a shuttle take you there. Avoid Avoid Avoid.

Staff is friendly and the hotel room is clean. My only issue is the freakin mosquitoes. Omg bring bug spray.

Nice for military rate lodging. 2 barracks rooms are revamped to make 1 hotel room. Free breakfast 6 – 9 and shuttle for anywhere on-post 8 – 5. No wifi in the room but there are 2 flat screen tvs, 2DVD players, & a good size fridge and microwave.
