This is the worst Chick-​Fil-​A that I have ever eaten at! I had 3 bad visits before I learned, I guess it was hard for me to believe a Chick-​Fil-​A could be like McDonald’s! 1) the first indication was when I got home without all my food. Honestly I have never had that happen at a Chick-​Fil-​A so I called them and they said they would mail me a coupon to replace the food I had paid for but not gotten. That was over a month ago and I don’t have it yet. 2) They claimed my debit card was bad, the guy was changing headsets while running my card and was quite rude about it. I paid with another card from the SAME account. 3) The soup tasted off but my husband ate it anyway… mistake! It seems they keep old soup and sell it on Friday nights. I will be driving to another place for my chicken!

I got a grilled chicken sandwich today from the drive in. When I got home with it the sliced tomato was bigger then the chicken. Where’s the chicken? It was three bites of chicken. Very disappointed. Want go back…

It’s processed food just like any other fast food establishment, but the customer service is great. The employees are always smiling and very attentive to their customers. I may not agree with the founder’s politics but the customer service makes up for it and his politics have nothing to do with the opinions of the great employees at this location.
