TERRIBLE! Turtles typically work faster, managers never seem to manage & the whole idea of breakfast being served 24 hrs seems to startle everyone here more than candy man. Avoid this location if possible.

There aren’t many good things to say about this location. I have the three strikes your out rule. The first time I went to the drive thru, no one ever came over the intercom so I had to drive around (ordered, paid, waited 10 minutes for a big mac). Second time my fiancé and I went in at 10:50AM and asked if they were serving lunch the girl said not until 11, we decided to order and wait. They forgot about our order and we did not get it until 11:24, so we waited nearly 34 minutes. The last time I ordered 10 breakfast burritos and 10 sausage biscuits for my staff at work, again waited nearly 25 minutes When I got to work they had only given me 8 burritos my fault for not checking before I left but by the time j got the order I had to run because it took so long no mas McDonalds for me. I have also noticed every time I go in management does not seem to be able to handle staff, she is doing all the work and they are just lazing around.

This McDonald’s is horrible. I order 2 McChicken sandwiches with bacon & cheese, and they were fresh off the grill. I also ordered a #2 which consist of 2 cheeseburgers, fries and a drink. I waited 20 minutes for the food and the cheeseburgers were nasty while the bread was very hard and stale. Now they won’t pick up the phone.

Ordered a bacon egg and cheese biscuit and 2 hasbrowns got a nasty egg bagel. Use to like this place. No good morning hello or thank you. Today’s youth sucks!

Please avoid this location!
I’m not a hater of McDonalds. I enjoy some of their food and appreciate the indoor playgrounds. Unfortunately, this location confirms everyone’s concern and fear when it comes to fast food.
Our order took too long to get, wasn’t correct, and was served half-​heartedly. There were only two other people being served and it took almost 15 minutes to get food for four people.
There wasn’t a single clean table and there were eight people working that I could see.
Stay away from this location!

Worst McDonald’s ever… how does such a simple menu get so difficult for people to get right? Not to mention slooow service, uncaring employees. All it would take is another burger joint to be built next door to close this place down for good.

Worst McNasty’s ever! These idiots actually gave me my order wrong and when I sent it back, they wiped off the sauce and gave it back to me. Didn’t even have the sense to give me a new bun. Order is never right. Idiots beyond belief. I wouldn’t even give them one start but this forces me to give at least 1. Real review is ZERO STARS!

I’m like Sidney — I don’t usually review fast food chains because who really sees it — but I will sleep better tonight knowing that this review will likely be seen by someone local who may have been tempted to waste their money at this «business.»
They consistently have a line wrapped around the building, and it’s not because they are rocking and rolling, it’s because they are INCOMPETENT and slow.
Over the holidays, I was sick as a dog and after spending two hours in the waiting room at the doctor’s office, all I wanted was an iced coffee. Obviously, I wasn’t driving the 10 miles to the nearest Starbucks, so I decided to try (for seriously the last time) to see if McDonalds could get it right just this once. Apparently, it’s too difficult for them to get a $ 1.94 order correct. I ordered an iced coffee and got a hot coffee, then when I told the girl I ordered it iced, she POURED HOT COFFEE OVER ICE and handed me a cup with 1.5 ice cubes in it. I should have thrown it back at her, but I was so exhausted (and frankly, not surprised and irritated at myself for going in the first place) that I just drove off and dumped it in the next trash can. Ugh… it’s still infuriating a month later. I kind of want to go order one now to throw it back at them, but I guess that would be rude.
Long story longer, just don’t go here. The Higher Powers of Old McDonald need to intervene. The manager HAS GOT to be completely clueless.

I work close to this location, and perhaps have given them one chance too many to disapoint me. I’ve seen the manager rush out the doors and puke off the guardrail, she let out a huge bellow of laughter afterward. I was given a mickey dee’s 1 dollar gift card for change. And I have had to get in line again after I was shorted hashbrowns. Sometimes they would just throw extra stuff in the bag knowing they’d screw it up.
Everyone else I have talked agrees about this Mcdonalds being the worst… it also has a wannabe gangbanger feel to it, as the local HS (union grove) has turf wars here. Watch where you park, or your car maybe keyed or have hooligans broing off on the hood, causing expensive dents from their wayward sketchers.

Beyond slow and they screwed up my order three times in a row. Oh and they forgot about me when they told me to pull to the side. I had to go in and ask about my order. Go anywhere else and save yourself a headache.

I typically avoid reviewing widespread fast food restaurants because their proliferation and standardization ensures that most individuals are already familiar with said fast food restaurants and already have longstanding opinions. However, I’m making an exception for this McDonald’s location because it is EXCEPTIONALLY EGREGIOUS!
This particular McDonald’s is located in the middle-​of-​nowhere section of McDonough, an area with more churches than restaurants. Without the impetus of competition, businesses don’t exactly strive for excellence, and this McDonald’s is attestant to that phenomenon. Long story short: I was in the middle-​of-​nowhere section of McDonough to attend an indie pro wrestling show with 5 friends, the intermission period occurred around 11:00 PM, and we drove out to discover that practically nothing other than gas stations are open past 11:00 PM in that area. After travelling 10 – 15 miles, I finally see this McDonald’s location and rejoice, «I’ve never been this happy to see a McDonald’s.» Wow, they dropped the ball HARD! Though the woman operating the drive-​thru eventually confirmed our orders, ONLY 2 OUT OF 6 ORDERS WERE CORRECT! «ARE YOU SERIOUS, BRO?!» I’ve been done with school for quite some time, but I recall that 33.3% is a FLAGRANT success rate. I ordered the «Angus Deluxe Meal» but instead received 2 large orders of fries and a drink. One of my friends ordered a Quarter Pounder with Cheese that wasn’t included. Another friend asked for sweet tea but instead got a Coke.
Perhaps this outrageously poor experience is karma for stealing a couple of teenage girls’ seats earlier that night at the indie pro wrestling show. When I realized my offense, I attempted to rectify the issue, and those teenage girls could not have been more forgiving or more accommodating. I extended my food to them as a peace offering, but I’m glad that they declined because the food wasn’t acceptable or even warm, so that would have been another offense.
I’m a vindictive person. I thought that I should boycott all McDonald’s for a few years. But then again, I haven’t eaten McDonald’s food in YEARS prior to this incident. So really, McDonald’s won’t miss me, and I won’t miss McDonald’s.

Oldest Child: «I don’t like McDonald’s! It gives me the squirts!»
Middle Child: «I don’t like McDonald’s ’cause it tastes like the squirts!»
Youngest Child: «Yeah!»
I swear to you, both of these exchanges really happened!

Very slow! Screw up orders constantly! Oh yeah did I say they are slow?
