I been with LA fitness for 12 years. There would be months or weeks at a time that I wouldn’t bother going inside the gym. The days that I went into LA I would jump from one machine to the next and doing 30 mins of light cardio. Basically I was wasting my time and had no direction and had no clue what I was doing. I been going to crossfit pulse for over 3 months now and I absolutely love it. I been struggling on sticking to working out consistently and losing motivation in the past. At CFP I try to work out 4 or 5 times a week and when I miss a day it would mess up my whole day! Cam, Mallory, and Marc are great coaches! They actually care about your performance and form so you won’t injury yourself. They have gave me tips on my diet and what supplements that would work for me without pressuring me into anything. I’m so excited for this new fitness journey and living a better healthier life. Each day there a new workout of the day(WOD) so honestly you can’t get bored. The people that workout in this box are so sweet and encouraging. So it just make you want to push yourself even harder!

After 4 months I can’t believe where I’m at physically and am only getting better. The coaches are very knowledgeable on the exercises. They push for great form rather then pushing heavy weight. I would recommend to anyone wanting something different from the gym that doesn’t have a coach training you, pushing you and make sure your not hurting yourself.

Great people, great staff! I used to have horrible back pains which prevented me from lifting of any kind. Since crossfit, I no longer have those back pains and the fear that I may be laid out because I lifted something that was too heavy. My arms and legs are also nicely toned! All workouts are scaled for beginners, so check out a class and get moving!

I was apprehensive about going to Crossfit, especially since the videos feature those in a lot better shape than I am. But I went anyway and found a new addiction. The fast paced workout is a great challenge and I am able to go before work to start my day off right. The trainers take their time with you and are extremely helpful. The members there do not look down on beginners and everyone overall is encouraging.

I thought I was in shape until I went here. Amazing work out in 30 minutes. I accomplished more than 1.5 hrs at the gym. It feels as if you are in boot camp. Will join and continue to attend 2 – 3 times per week.

Great place to work out. You start with a class at a time you like, work at your own pace and no pressure if you’re not a triathlete. The staff works with you and makes sure you know everything about working out. You actually have a community of people that you can identify with that make you come back again and again no matter how sore you are
