I I went to this location looking to have signs, penets, and magnets made for the local middle school. I wanted to support local business and maybe drum up some support for the schools here. So I went here instead of ordering online to start with. The person working the front desk did not seem to know anything. For every question we were referred to the website. Here’s the problem with that: We went to the website first which referred us to the store. See where I’m going with this?
We asked to see samples and were shown pictures. Wait, you mean you don’t have anything I can physically touch, feel the quality? Ok… I see. Disappointed but maybe that’s just the way they do things. What bothered me is that most of the pictures weren’t even what we were looking for.
So because there weren’t any samples, and the pics did not accurately depict what we wanted, we had to give examples of what we needed… to which the answer was that we didn’t do or couldn’t do or it has to been sent out to someone else to do. Or we charge for this but you can order it online and save money. Nothing seemed to be made in house. Everything was sent out. Order online to save money. Hmmm… You’re right ordering online may be my best option.
