I had F&F install carpet throughout the house. The installer literally threw razor blades into the yard and flower box. He told me that he hated his job, which should’ve raised a huge red flag. In addition, they laid carpet over a hole in the floor instead of patching the hole. I made them pull up the carpet to fix the hole, and to clean up the razor blades. I was still finding them two weeks later. Steer clear of these people!!!

This happened over two years ago but I am just now leaving a comment since
I found this site.
I «worked with» this company picking out flooring and thought I was all set to go.
The two man work force came the morning of beginning to take up old flooring and
refused to move my furniture, saying the cat smell was awful which I agreed it was, that
was the reason for the new flooring.
I had to PAY $ 150.00 FOR THEIR TRIP OUT… AND F & F REFUSED TO REPAY ME
since I told them I would not be using them because of this.
I had EMPIRE come out the same week and they installed beautiful flooring at ½ the cost to me and never mentioned the smell … F & F was a pitiful excuse for a local company that I wanted
to support.

Let this place install your carpet if you want it to look like the rolling hills of West Virginia in 12 months. I used them for the carpet in my basement and after about 1 year it looked terrible due to the ripples/​not pulling it tight enough. I asked them about it and they insisted, «I must have been dragging furniture around».
