Went in looking for an item. The store is huge, couldn’t walk the whole store so I thought I’d ask an employee upon walking in where I could find that item.
Well, I couldn’t find an employee that worked the floor.
As I stumbled around the store looking for an employee to help me find what Im looking for… I finally found an employee!!! I asked her, she looked dumbfounded… she was lost. No words.
I just walked away and finally stumbled across what I was looking for… the star doorknobs for my new cabinet.
Please get the employees familiar with the store. Before putting them out on the floor.

This was my favorite craft store in Mcdonough! It was new, big, and clean. The staff was always friendly and helpful. They always have 40% off coupons at there website so make sure to print them out.
