Old Navy

I have been in this store several times and have had a great experience. The only problem I’ve encountered is that items that say there were on sale were not. I was advised that it was most likely moved but hey did adjust the price which made me happy. I like this location better than the Morrow one since it’s around more businesses and makes for a one stop shop. I will return. :)

From what I understand, the Morrow Old Navy location pretty much just packed up and moved to this new location. I like the location now seeing as it is so close to so many other retailers I frequent, but it just isn’t the same shopping experience that I had at the old one in Morrow. In the women’s section, the clothing is almost always on the wrong size hanger. I’m a plus size lady so I get really excited when I actually see a hanger that says XL or XXL, but 90% of the time, the garment on the hanger is actually a small or medium. I have had a very hard time finding anything larger than a medium in this store, which isn’t a problem that I ever encountered at the last store. I told an employee about this issue when I was checking out, and she just smiled at me and said something to the effect of «oh yeah, that happens sometimes!» which really isn’t the response I was looking for? I’ve been here 4 or 5 times now expecting that things would get better, but they haven’t. I’ll keep coming here for basic items like leggings and tees, but I’m really frustrated by the sizing problems. On the plus side, I love the fitting rooms – they’re bright and roomy and have plenty of hooks to hang things on inside.
