First know that the health score for this location is 100! The outside appearance of the restaurant is nice, the inside has a very modern look which surprisingly has a calming affect. I had to wait approx. 7 mins for someone to take my order.(I was the only person in line) The workers in the kitchen kept yelling that there was a customer then they would yell to me that someone would be available to take my order soon. Finally a girl wheeling a trash can comes and takes my order.(Beef n’ Cheddar w/a cherry turnover) I get my food in a timely manner but the majority of the tables haven’t been cleaned. I ended up just wiping the table down myself. My food wasn’t hot and the turnover was seriously cold. So that was a disappointment. The restaurant was quiet though and I was able to eat my food and read without interruption. I’m sure I probably just caught them on a bad day, usually Arby’s does NOT disappoint!

I just read an article that talks about the chipotle effect on fast food chains. Everyone is going for that more upscale look. This is one of the locations that have been blessed with that look. But better atmosphere doesn’t always equal better food. Arby’s is a place that I go to every now and then but never really go out of my way for them. New look is good but next step is for them to work on the menu.
