typical McDonald’s. I only used the bathroom and it was clean which is very nice

I came here last night (this morning) at 1:30am. I called ahead of time to make sure they were open, and whoever answered said the drive thru was 24 hours… I got there and called out to the box where typically people order and got no answer. So I drove up to the 1^st window, nobody there. Went to 2^nd window, there was a car sitting there, so I sat behind them. It looked like nothing was happening. I sat there for 10 mins (no exaggeration, I timed it). I decided to drive around the building and try the box again. This time I yelled at it because I was annoyed, and they said to just come to the 2^nd window… didn’t take my order. I went back to the second window and the same car was sitting there. Waited another few mins and that car pulled forward about 10 feet. Before I pulled forward a girl stuck her head out the window of McD’s and glared at me, giving me an «eat sh! t and die look». I was scared she’d tamper with my food if I actually ever ordered any, so I drove down the the QT instead. She was a younger chick. Didn’t have a uniform on, just a tank top. Thanks for wasting my time. Never coming here again.

The ladies who waited on us were very friendly, however the coffee was not! We usually like McD’s coffee and McCafe drinks, not this time. All 3, coffee, vanilla latte, mocha are watered down, basically flavorless, other than the burnt overtones. Won’t be coming to this Mc D’s again.

If the ratings would route to management as soon as they’re posted that would be awesome.
Customer service was good suprisingly, however the wait was 20 mins in the drive thru. I had paid already and was stuck between a family who argued at the window instead of going on to settle their dispute.
Folks fast food joints dont mind arguing with you as long as you want because you still may not win the battle

This review is directed only towards the customer service. I have never experienced good customer service at this McDonald’s. I let you be the judge. Go to chick fila and the go to McDonald’s, they are neighbors at this location. I bet you will pick chick fila every time

Long drive thru wait even when not busy. The sweet tea is just watered down and tasted like it was made from the night before. Not sweet

Absolute garbage customer service. I only went to this location about 3 or 4 times and EVERY TIME my order is either wrong or it takes a LONG time to get it. My worse experience so far was when I went here with my sister. I ordered a simple order, a double cheeseburger, a McChicken and a small fries. I thought I would get my order very fast, but boy was I wrong. We waited about 15 – 20 minutes for our order. THEY WEREN’T EVEN BUSY. Customers that ordered after me and who JUST arrived got their order before me. I stood there waiting for about 10 minutes, hoping they would see me and get my order out. But that didn’t even happen, I had to ask the cashier where my order was. When they FINALLY got my order out, I was about to ask for my money back, but I was hungry by then, so I took it. They didn’t apologize or anything. The cashier just slipped me free apple pie for waiting so long.
The next week I went to the Mcdonalds on Mount Zion and ordered the exact same thing, and they got it out in an instant, AND THEY WERE BUSY!
I won’t be coming back to this Mcdonalds for a long time.

Blah, This location isn’t as bad as my worst McDonald’s experience [See Stone Mountain Mcdonald’s rockbridge]. But these guys are trying there best to become the new best of the worst. Usually do the drive through & I think every other time I get what I actually order. Well this stuff isn’t good for me anyway maybe they are trying to get me to eat better for the new year…
