Stumbled in here by accident, I just couldn’t stomach another hotel breakfast that week. Think Chick-Fil-A inside a transportation museum and then throw in a handful of waitresses. Expect the same CFA food and service… «My Pleasure». I would imagine small kids would love this place, or get over stimulated by all the stuff to look at. If I’m ever in town again I’ll be back.

4 stars for a quirky take on a Chick fil A. My family and I stopped by Truetts on our way back to Florida. We stopped because we wanted to go to a Chick-fil-A and all of the signs indicated that this was one. Upon closer inspection, it’s a Truetts. This is apparently a regular Chick-fil-A that also has a sit down diner version with a slightly expanded menu. We ordered at the to-go counter and it took a bit of time. The bathrooms were not as nice as hoped but were fine. Overall, if you’re really just trying to go to a Chick-fil-A, stick to the drive thru. The little museum inside is cute and, if you have time to kill, it would probably be interesting to eat at the diner, but not ideal for people just passing through.

They have improved over the years. My order is always right now and the shakes and lemonades are no longer sour. A huge improvement since my last review of this place. Keep up the good work!!!

Customer service was BEYOND terrible. First of all I went through the drive through where they gave me the wrong salad and then didn’t even put the dressing in the bag. So I get out to go inside go to the counter where there are NO customers at all. So im still trying to figure out why I had to wait about five minutes before someone acknowledged me which is hilarious since at least five people were walking back and forth not to mention what looked to be a manager standing there talking to a guy. Finally she asks if I’ve been helped. No lady I’m just standing here with this scowl on my face for pure entertainment. The guy ended up helping me and the lady glanced at me a few times which I assumed at this point she knew I wasn’t happy. I won’t be returning to this location. I love the one at eagles landing. They never disappoint me.

My family and I decided to dine in. The service was so slow. It took our waitress 10 mins to come to our table to get out drinks order then another 15 to bring them to us… And this is just the drinks…

First time eating at a Truett’s and I enjoyed it! It has all the regular Chick-Fil-A menu items plus more. Love the historical diner feel. It could’ve been a little more clean, but it wasn’t terrible. The staff was very attentive and kind, as to be expected with Chick-Fil-A restaurants. My husband had the hot brown. It was really good! He chose mac and cheese for a side, and it tasted like regular cafeteria mac and cheese, but who cares? Still good. I got a burger! It was not as good as I expected. But I got sweet potato casserole and fried okra for my sides. The casserole is awesome! Again, the fried okra tasted like generic restaurant/cafeteria fried okra, but not inedible. We also got free fried pies because it was our first time. Apple and sweet potato are awesome! It was nice trying this place, but I can see why they’ve focused on Chick-Fil-A. Good visit in my book.

Come on… Who doesn’t love Chickfila? This is Chickfila on steroids! Awesome décor, same friendly and courteous staff that’s you’d come to expect from CFA and the same level of mouth-watering deliciousness. But they have a full service dine-in area and the menu has some additional items that you can’t get at a regular CFA. They also have special family orientated events throughout the year.

I would just like to compliment the staff of Chick-fil-A. My wife and I eat there on a regular basis and every time we are amazed at the courteous and professional staff of young adults. Kudos to their training program to help mold young adults for future careers.

Take what you know and love about the Chick-fil-a franchise and add in an American 1950s era diner feel along with other great menu options(such as full breakfast platters, hot brown dishes, patty melts… and even a hamburger *gasp*! Great service, great food, great atmosphere and great staff. It’s a place I have to take any out of town visitors.

I enjoy Chick-Fil-A’s food and service, but love it more at Truett’s! The little attention to its details makes the difference, such as healthier vegetables served with its chicken; the conversation pieces placed around the restaurant(the train moving above on its track, the classic vehicles, bicycles, old time phone booth, old train seats, etc.) delight the young ones and the ones young at heart!

First time going to ant Truetts and this was a very nice place. Our server was cry attentive, even for a place like that. He took care of us very well. Well-deserved tip. I got the cobb salad. It was good but very pricey for what I got. Overall it was nice.

We received excellent quality food today and the service rocked! Very accommodating of Clarence’s diet and brought additional broccoli and cabbage for his salad. My hot brown was delicious– my favorite comfort food. Bailey, our server, was phenomenal and exemplified the kind of service we receive at 5 star restaurants like Bones. I hope he is appreciated here at Truett’s as we see him and his skills moving up quickly. His attention to detail was amazing, customer service and communication skills were excellent!

Easy quick tasty food. Great ambiance/décor. Plenty of parking. Very nice staff. It’s very 40ies looking. You will enjoy the place. You can peacefully eat and relax an afternoon there.

I ordered the pimento grilled cheese sandwich, slaw and broccoli. The grilled cheese had good flavor, but the cheese was still pretty cold. This was my first pimento cheese sandwich ever, so maybe the cheese is supposed to be cold, but I would prefer hot and melted. The slaw was good, but the broccoli had not been seasoned. I will stick with the Chick-fil-a chicken in the future. I know that is always great!

This place is too perfect. I am a cliché, I realize, but I seriously love Chick-Fil-A… I mean, the lowest point of my life was when I had it every day for a week.(Some may view that as a high point in life, but honestly my digestive system didn’t see it that way.) So, to have my favorite foods served to me on glass plates? By waiters? With salad? Pinch me… I died and went to heaven. This place is great, y’all. The interior reflects a classic dinner with all this neat, old stuff and a toy train that circles the top. The staff are so friendly, accommodating and funny! The menu is great, you get the classic entrée and side and a salad(which comes with delicious and unhealthy fried pepper thingies… Oh man. And I could bathe in Chick-Fil-A sauce. As far of the other menu items? Haven’t tried them. But I hear they are great. To be honest, I don’t fully understand the connection between this place and Chick-Fil-A, so it is a bit of mystery to me… but if you are in the area, please stop here! It can get crowded, understandingly so, so parking may take a bit of time but it is worth it!
