Hardee’s

We went to this location on Monday because we had three children in the car who were hungry and we had not had lunch. BIG MISTAKE… First off the place was virtually empty. I believe there was one lady there and I think she was also waiting on her meal, or possibly an interview. They had a sign on the window looking for help and they needed all new help. Our order was to eat in and after about 20 minutes they were yelling out our order with it thrown in bags. They left out an order of fries. We had four burgers that were to be wrapped in lettuce and they were wrapped with a half slice of a leaf of lettuce and slathered with mayo. They were a total mess and the meat and tomatoes fell out of the lettuce leaf. The leaf was torn to pieces the minute you picked it up. I had a regular cheese burger with a cold bun that was completely flattened and charred all along the inside. The meat tasted like charcoal it was so flattened and burned everywhere except the middle. I went to get my tea and the sweet tea was almost clear so I added unsweetened. When I went up and told the cashier about the food she said «ok I’ll tell him». She made no effort to correct the problem. It took so long to get the food in the beginning I just didn’t care. Oh, I didn’t mention my daughter in law washed off our table with a napkin. The ladies room had a lot to be desired also, not clean. Please steer clear of Hardee’s at Jodeco Rd. on I-​75 S. at McDonough, GA.

We were the only ones in the dining room. I watched 9 drive thru cars get served before we got our burgers. way too busy at the counter goofing and having a good time to be bothered by us. never again … steer past this place peeps

10 minutes late opening. Never been told «ahight, come on around to da window» before. Slow as mole-​asses. Under staffed. Lousy, difficult location to get to.

Horrible. That’s it.

Worst fast food in Henry County, hands down. We came for breakfast on a Saturday morning. They lost our order «in the system». We got no receipt. The girl at the register only realized it when she noticed my mother had been waiting 15 minutes. Once we got our order, several things about it were wrong. At this point, there was a line of people going out the door and out onto Jodeco Road for the drive thru. There were only six people working. I don’t get how they could be so poorly prepared for a Saturday morning rush unless there was a staffing problem. The gravy was watery, the coffee was cold and ran out immediately, and there really wasn’t much positive except the place was fairly clean. Won’t be back ever.

One of the worst experiences I’ve had at a fast food restaurant. The staff was busy playing around talking to each other instead of helping the customers. There was even someone there picking up there check running back and forth behind the counter this place was just plain bad.

Just don’t go! Period! The wait time is always long, the order is always wrong and the service seems to be served up with a side of attitude.
