Gross! Ordered the 14 ounce T-bone medium rare and got it well done and it tasted like it had been defrosted and frozen again. Service was super slow never coming back. Would rather go to Outback! The bar was disgusting full of smoke service was non existent. Do not come here, will never recommend.

Just how I remembered it was… this was the first time I had been to this location, I had eaten at the one at West end as a small child and also at the one in Morrow… I had thought that once they closed the one in Morrow down that was it… to my surprise I heard of this one and the first chance I got it went… I wasn’t disappointed at all, yes it seems a weird location but, it reminded me of the old locations… Steaks cooked over flame and nothing else to distract the taste… onion rings fried right and cauliflower just as good as I remembered…

Great environment, wonderful service, and have the best steaks in McDonough. I get the sirloin every time and you can’t beat it! Beats every other steakhouse around. So you if your looking for a good steak whether it be sirloin, T-bone, ribeye, or a New York strip, then Pilgreen’s is the place to go!

We came here for my husband’s birthday lunch which happend to be our first time AND only time going. First we waited 20 minutes to find someone to seat us. Then it appeared they only had one waitress working, granted the place wasnt that busy BUT she was terrible and extremely slow. I was pregnant at the time and was avoiding red meat so I order one of their grilled chicken dishes. Not only did it take an hour and a half for our food to arrive but my chicken was raw on the inside, she only put in one kids meal instead of two so my children had to share the first one. My husbands steak was extremely bland and came out cold. Would not recommend this place to anyone. Its extremely over priced! If you want a good steak I recommend Houstons or Fo de Chao.

This restaurant is extremely overpriced for the quality of the food. I had a terrible chicken fried sirloin that I sent back to the kitchen, and the server still charged me for it. Overall, it was a very sub-par experience.

My wife and I really enjoy our little know neighborhood Steakhouse. The staff is always so friendly and the wait times on tables and dinner are always very manageable. We love Pilgreens.

Pilgreen’s is a classic and Fried Cauliflower and Rip’s Rings are wonderful. Hand battered and not frozen. Fried mushrooms also fresh. The steaks are still high quality. Homemade blue cheese dressing is always a favorite. Great service, family friendly and a pretty location. If you are not near Lake Dow but just want to try a new place with a view, some unique selections and a nice meal please visit.

Pricey, but a nice local spot for a couple’s night out. The t-bone with a baked potato was very nice. They have a nice bar for a drink while you wait.
