I’ve been at Crossfit Fire for 6+ years and I’m still having a blast! The programming is dynamic and challenging so you never get bored. The community is fantastic and you’ll find lots of members ready to step up and provide encouragement or competition — whatever you need to take it to the next level. Bill is a wealth of information and easily the smartest most well informed coach that I’ve ever met. Good times!

Awesome people — its like a big family. Plus everything is scaled so it really meets your body type. CrossFit is awesome and it is hard to find a good one, but the owner really knows what she is doing. I love this place and always look forward to my workouts.
