This location is in need of major staff retraining. I have had employees ask what I’d like in very unprofessional manners, a few times I’ve received wrong orders, crushed straws, employees sitting with their backs to the drive-thru windows and recently had an employee drop a coffee into my hand. It would have slipped right through my hand had I not been paying closer attention.
I plan to start taking my business to the Richmond Road location; they’re professional, attentive and my orders are always correct.

I don’t understand why this particular dunkin donuts always messes up my coffee. Its not like im asking for some fancy hard to make drink, it’s just coffee, cream and sugar! Hello?, I would think they would have it down by now.

I have gone through their drive thru many many times! I am constantly reminded that the staff constantly shows how careless they are about providing excellent customer service! I order lattes, coffees, hot chocolates and donuts they constantly get orders wrong, they make things cold when they are supposed to be hot and on numerous occasions I have been given the wrong order! They are really good at repeating your order back to you and just when you think they have it they don’t!

I’ve been to this Dunkin only a few times, but the last time with a bit of an odd request: 12 $ 5 gift cards. I think it threw the cashier off a bit (y’know, having to locate 12 those things + 12 holders), but she was friendly. They were processed relatively quickly, and I was out in a jiff.

It’s an Ice cream/donuts shop. Why must the corporate giants combine shops. Now look! 24 flavors when the sign says 31. I bet the CEO is lining his/her pocket. I hope it melts and leaves a stain.
